A high profile anti-vaxxer has filmed her tense encounter with police at her home after she and her footy star husband were issued with public infringement notices for attending an anti-lockdown protest.

Former NRL star Frank Winterstein and his wife Taylor were among the 3,500 protesters in Sydney's CBD on Saturday at the illegal rally and documented their attendance on social media.

NSW Police have vowed to track down every attendee at the protest and have already identified more than 200, including the Wintersteins.

The couple received a visit from two plain-clothed detectives at their home in Sydney's south-west the following day, which was filmed by the anti-vaxxer WAG.

'Can I get some evidence you're actually police officers and why you're trespassing on my private property?' Ms Winterstein demands as she begins filming the officers.

Revealed: the fringe groups where Sydney’s lockdown protest began

The organisation of an anti-lockdown protest that turned violent in Sydney on Saturday began in fringe online communities teeming with COVID-19 conspiracy theories, anti-Semitism and debunked views on vaccines.

The widely-condemned protest was linked to a “worldwide rally for freedom” and NSW Police said they were not taken by surprise by the event, having monitored plans as they developed in groups on encrypted platform Telegram and spread further on Facebook and Instagram.

Police on Sunday said they had received more than 5500 tip-offs about attendees and identified more than 200 people involved. More than 350 officers policed the event and a dedicated strike force of 22 officers has since been launched to investigate public health order breaches and any other offences.

“What took us by surprise and what disappoints me so greatly is the level of violence that people were prepared to use. That was unprecedented. That’s not Sydney,” NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon said on Sunday.

Police arrested 63 people during the protest and 35 have been charged with various offences, including assault of a police officer. At least 90 fines were issued for breaches of the public health orders and two men, aged 33 and 36, were arrested and charged overnight for striking a police horse.

Online activists were promoting protests in Sydney, Melbourne and other Australian locations in the weeks before the July 24 events. Popular anti-vaxxer organisations and figures were among the pages then spreading the message to a larger audience.

Joel Jammal, a Sydney activist who promoted the event on Facebook, spoke on the steps of Town Hall on Saturday, rejecting vaccines and lockdowns.

“The organisers said this must be a peaceful protest,” he told the crowd. “This is not a violent revolution.”

Various national and city-based channels on Telegram, where the plans for the rallies gained momentum, appear to share some of the same organisers. Administrators of the channels have also promoted far-right groups and figures such as the Proud Boys and Avi Yemini.

One of the key organisers in the channels appears to be 24-year-old programmer Harrison Mclean, linked to previous protests in Melbourne. Mr Mclean did not respond to a request for a comment.

Liberal and National Party MPs attack free speech and political communication with 4 defamation cases in the Federal Court

Three Liberal Party MP’s, Peter Dutton, Andrew Laming and Christian Porter, and one National Party MP, NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro, currently have defamation cases in the Federal Court of Australia which I suspect is a record for the number of politicians suing social media users and journalists at any one given time.

The 4 court cases by themselves are an attack on free speech and political communication and while Porter has in theory settled his defamation case, and he has tried to claim a win, it is still afoot. And if the other three were to win their cases it would have a huge negative effect on free speech and political communication in this country. How much coordination has happened between the 4 is unknown but there would likely of been at least some discussion between a couple of them if not all of them.

Christian Porter sued the ABC and journalist Louise Milligan for defamation and while Porter has settled the defamation case elements of the case have not been finalised. (Click here and here to read more) Porter has been using the lawyer Rebekah Giles who runs the law firm Company Giles and he used the barrister Sue Chrysanthou SC before she was restrained by the court from representing Porter anymore.

Federal MP Andrew Laming, who is also suing journalist Louise Milligan, is also using lawyer Rebekah Giles and it is hard to believe he would not have consulted Christian Porter before hiring Rebekah Giles. Which barrister Mr Laming is using at this point is unknown.

“lawyers acting on behalf of Laming lodged documents in the federal court alleging Milligan had “gravely injured” the embattled MP’s “character and reputation” in a series of tweets on 28 March relating to a photo he took of a woman bending over at a Brisbane landscaping business in 2019.”

The claim, seen by the Guardian, alleges that Milligan “intended” for the “sensational, accusatory and spiteful” tweets to “irrevocably damage” Laming’s “personal and professional reputation”. (Click here to read more)

Federal MP Peter Dutton is suing Twitter user Shane Bazzi for one Tweet and is using the law firm Baker & Mckenzie. Which barrister Mr Dutton is using at this point is unknown.

Peter Dutton has followed through with his threat to sue social media users for defamation by starting proceedings against Twitter user Shane Bazzi for calling Dutton a “rapist apologist”. But there is a video and a Twitter message below of Peter Dutton saying, “QLD Premier Palaszczuk should be shamed into joining a federal push for a public sex offender register” and asking “why Premier Palaszczuk is siding with and protecting paedophiles and sex offenders is just beyond anyone’s comprehension and it is for her to explain”. NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro is suing YouTube comedian FriendlyJordies (Jordan Shanks-Markovina) and Google who own YouTube. Barilaro is using the law firm Mark O’Brien Legal, who also represent Ben Roberts-Smith, and Christian Porter’s former barrister Sue Chrysanthou SC who was in her usual fine form in the Federal Court on Friday. FriendlyJordies have raised over $1million for their legal defence for the defamation matter as well as criminal charges against employee Kristo Langker who has been charged with stalking Barilaro which based on video evidence is a false charge.

At Friday’s pre-trial hearing in the Barilaro v FriendlyJordies matter his barrister Sue Chrysanthou SC argued:

AZ State Senator Defends TGP Reporter, Calls on RINO Michelle Ugenti-Rita to Resign

Arizona state senator Kelly Townsend defended Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson after RINO state senator Michelle Ugenti-Rita had him removed from Trump’s rally and arrested.

On Saturday, President Trump spoke at the Rally to Protect Elections in Phoenix, Arizona.

Several local politicians were invited to speak at the rally today.

Arizona RINO State Senator Michelle Ugenti Rita also gave a speech but she was booed off of the stage as her words were muffled by the crowd, turned angry mob.

In an effort to save her speech, she yelled at her peasants “I’m going to win the primary!”

After feeling the heat from the crowd of thousands, Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson ran into her in another part of the arena.

Conradson asked her why she killed Senator Kelly Townsend’s chain of custody and election integrity bills.

A few minutes later Conradson was detained by event officials and escorted from the building for “harassing” Ugenti Rita.

After walking away, he called AZ State Senator Kelly Townsend, who encouraged him to come back peacefully and fight this.

On Sunday, Ugenti-Rita lashed out at Townsend and said she “encouraged” Jordan Conradson to “break the law.”

“A so-called reporter was removed by police and event security from an event yesterday after repeatedly harassing me. Then Kelly Townsend encouraged him to break the law by committing trespassing by re-entering the building to continue to harass me,” Ugenti said. ” This shows Townsend erratic emotional behavior and sick personal vendetta against me and others masked as caring about election integrity. If she isn’t stopped someone is going to get hurt.
