ATTENTION: OUT OF BREATH
How to properly open the lower depths of your lungs. It helps greatly to remove the flem just sitting around waiting to cause you cancer. You keep coughing and still can't seem to clear it out? This information is for you. And everyone else for that matter.
For those who get lightheaded easy or faint easy, sit on the edge of a bed or a chair with sides to keep you from falling on the ground. Have another person close, if available, to catch you if you do happen to pass out.
Have a paper towel ready.
Take in the deepest breath you can and hold it. Now push your stomach out as much as you can (pretend like you have a fat belly or pregnant) and continue to hold your breath while you lean your torso to front, back, and side to side while your hands are behind your head with interlocking fingers. Continue to strive to have the fattest belly. The amount of time your breath is held is dependent on your own ability. And exhale.
Repeat the above 3 more times always striving to hold more air than the previous time and making that belly look as fat as it can. Exhale.
Now on the 5th time, the only difference will be at the end. Instead of exhaling, cough it out. Have that paper towel ready. You're welcome.

I've told multiple strangers this over the years. I've never seen nor heard of my technique for the lower lungs in IRL or on the internet. Pushing the belly out is key. It pulls the lower lungs out and open. Most of us are chest breathers (and chest lung strechers) never opening the lower lungs. I hope this helps anyone who has a hard time breathing. God bless.
