OK, just listened to the whole thing. It's a sting. A lot of circular reasoning and recruiting talk and the last few minutes of making sure you send in your name, address, telephone number, age…and you'll get an ID card (like an inmate) and he'll make sure you get what you need. Like a jail cell. Listen like an Anon and it lays out. Sounds like the prerequisites is wanting to arrest elites…which would be the people the elites would must like to remove.

Nice time hack. Here's another way you know can add weight to the set up theory. He's advertising for recruits to arrest members of the sitting government. That's sedition, which is mostly a definitional crime by who's in power, but the one's in power would be the one's making the determination. So, if a former police commissioner is calling for the organization of a posse to effect arrest warrants signed by extra-legal judges, then it's likely a sanctioned set up if he's still walking around doing it.
He's the Pied Piper down under. I wish I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
