Prions were discovered by a man named Gajdusek, who lived with the Mountain Dyaks, the Borneo tribal cannibals implicated (by cultist media) in the disappearance of Michael Rockefeller.
A tribal cannibal people whose members often suffered from a mysterious neuro-degenerative illness, Kuru, presumed to be spread by their brain eating ways.
It was, and is, the custom among isolated mountain Dyaks for the youth of the tribe to blow all the adult males.
Gajdusek, they say, went along with the custom, and brought a series of Dyak boys back to the US to live with him where he saw to their education, putting them through high school, and later Harvard University.
