The "unvaccinated deaths" narrative was started by The Sloth, per advice of her attorney(s) to use the word "virtually" to help stay out of legal trouble. "Virtually all deaths are unvaccinated people" is absolutely meaningless. Now it is showing up in all the recent articles allegedly being said by ER doctors. Think about it.
