Got sick late Nov, early Dec of 2019 with the whole 'can't breathe' thing, resolved mostly in a few weeks but energy levels tanked and stayed tanked until this spring when I took Ivermectin and rode out a day of a Herxheimer reaction. Steady improvement since. No other illnesses. Take my vitamins and high doses of D3, B complex, and protein shakes. All good. IVM was a miracle for me.
