The modern-style home with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms has 16-foot ceilings, walls of glass, a soundproof theater room, a resort-sized pool with walls of fire and a guesthouse with its own garage.
Dr. David Smith of San Diego Comprehensive Pain Management Center and his wife, Alicia, sold the home.
