both. i could be wrong. the only other difference i could spot was one of the Nebraska districts. 0 won NE-2 in '08 but not in '12, Biden also won it (but Rs won NE-1 and NE-3 in all three contests)
biden didn't take Florida, so the only two states which biden "won" that zero didn't were AZ and GA.

the memory on some layer-2/layer-3 devices is limited, or self-wipes on reboot, but if it's all piped out to a splunk collector, you can store months or years worth of information.
(to add, i don't remember seeing splunk servers in the original install guides that leaked from various states. if AZ's IT dept. was running an independent splunk server then maybe they were…prepared…for this eventuality)
