I think we are always wise to question natural leaders. I have also wondered if we are deceived in trusting Trump. Always our faith should be in God through Jesus. I think Trump is like Biblical Jehu who was instrumental in removing Jezebel. What we do with our opportunity to stand openly for righteousness is up to us. I'm not looking for prosperity as much as a godly, peaceable life.
I once had a translation called the Geneva Bible. Wouldn't presume to say it's better but it is old. Not sure of the chronology with KJV but might be as old or older.
Not sure if this is usefully related, but after I read this it struck me as an odd coincidence that Turkey is seeking the extradition from Philadelphia, PA of Fethullah Gulen a cleric they accuse of action against their government.
