How do you deal with pascifism (or the lack thereof).

I have been wanting to get back. I really do. But I cant stand pascifist Christianity. I can't stand leftist sermons. I will defend what is dear to me and I WILL defend those in need. But that cant always be resolved by throwing flowers.
