Earlier today New York City Mayor De Blasio announced mandated vaccinations for all 340,000 city employees.

Hours later Joe Biden announced mandatory vaccinations for all 115,000 front-line employees of The Veterans Affairs department.

Immediately thereafter, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced all state employees and healthcare providers will be forced to vaccinate. None of these events are disconnected.

Keep in mind just a few days ago the Federal CDC announced all U.S. healthcare providers must switch to new rapid response tests for COVID-19. The reasoning? The current PCR test does not differentiate between COVID and the flu. The new tests will distinguish between the flu virus and the COVID virus.

The new CDC approved rapid response test will cull the flu cases from false positives; that approach will automatically drop the number of new COVID cases identified. The Biden regime will then say the drop in new COVID cases is because of the forced vaccinations in major populations (VA, NYC and CA). As a result, everyone must get vaccinated because the added vaccinations are lowering the COVID cases, and the statistics will prove it.

Officials said four people were seriously injured and five are missing. Twelve workers were rescued from the facility.

Authorities said air monitoring and fire service units were called to the scene and residents were urged to keep roads clear for additional emergency vehicles.

How effective are the mandated masks? Remember that both Dr Fauci and U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams told us last year that masks were ineffective at protecting the coronavirus. They were correct based on viral particle size but somehow the physics of particles and pore size changed during President Trump’s last year in office.

The COVID virus is 50-140 nm, while the pore size in standard surgical masks is 300 nm to 10,000 nm. This is using a chain-link fence to stop mosquitoes.

Despite this science, Los Angles now requires indoor masking. Dr Fauci wants Americans to “go the extra step and wear masks while traveling to parts of the country with low vaccination rates. If vaccines work, why the masks? Has he explained the science or just insisted we take his word for it?

Following the science today leads not to clarity but to confusion, seemingly fickle government diktats, that seem to contradict the science. Is this incompetence or deliberate obfuscation, combined with shifting goalposts, to keep the pandemic alive and the heavy boot of government firmly on the faces of ordinary Americans?

Britain is “closely monitoring” the takeover of UK defence technology firm Ultra Electronics by US-owned Cobham amid security concerns, the government said Tuesday.

Ultra last week agreed to a pound2.6-billion ($3.6-billion, 3.0-billion-euro) takeover from Cobham, the former London-listed defence giant now owned by Advent.

US private equity group Advent has pledged to protect sensitive government information and keep Cobham’s headquarters in Britain.

“While this is a commercial matter for the companies involved, we are closely monitoring the transaction,” a government spokeswoman told AFP Tuesday.

Advent had agreed to buy Cobham in 2019 in a pound4.0-billion deal approved by the UK government after a national security probe. That transaction completed early last year.

Cobham is known for pioneering technology enabling the mid-air refuelling of planes, while it also makes electronic warfare systems and communications for military vehicles.

Homeland Security announced Tuesday that it will do some repairs and “reinforcing” of the border wall, marking the first upgrades under the Biden administration to former President Donald Trump’s signature initiative.

But Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stressed that they are not yet building any new barriers. He said the reinforcements to a small barrier in California, along with three other projects across the border, are about fixing gaps in what they were left by the Trump administration.

Mr. Mayorkas is under a legal obligation to spend billions of dollars in leftover money on the wall, but Mr. Biden has vowed not to build any more wall.

Homeland Security is currently looking for ways to spend the money without defying Mr. Biden’s promise.

The projects announced Tuesday include electrical utility work in the Border Patrol’s El Centro sector, environmental restoration in Texas, replacing or upgrading 33 drainage gates in the wall in the San Diego area, and “repairing and reinforcing a small fence between existing San Diego border segments.”

At the Democratic-led House of Representatives investigatory committee’s first hearing, the officer, Aquilino Gonell, described being pummeled by rioters fired up by Trump’s false claims that the election was stolen from him through widespread voting fraud.

“What we were subjected to that day was like something from a medieval battlefield. We fought hand-to-hand and inch-by-inch to prevent an invasion of the Capitol by a violent mob intent on subverting our democratic process,” added Gonell, one of four police officers called to testify. “The physical violence we experienced was horrific and devastating.”

Gonell fought back tears as he recalled his family watching the violence unfold on television and wondering if he was alive.

On its storefront window, Basilico’s Pasta e Vino taped a sign reading: “PROOF OF BEING UNVACCINATED REQUIRED. We have zero tolerance for treasonous, anti-American stupidity. Thank you for pondering."

“With the new and aggressive push for mandatory vax policies, we couldn't resist, so we are sending a message of our own. Hopefully most are smart enough to read between the lines. Otherwise we will just sit back and have fun watching their heads explode over it,” Roman said in a statement to local media.

Some appear to appreciate the intended message behind the odd measure. A vaccinated woman who cuts hair at a nearby barbershop told local media that she didn’t feel slighted by the no-vaxxed-allowed policy.

“You got other places that want you vaccinated to come in. No different, right?" she noted to a local ABC affiliate.

The negative press and reviews seem to have only emboldened the owner. The restaurant issued a long, all-caps rant on Facebook deriding its “haters” and vowing to do “battle” with “PRO-MANDATORY VACCINE MINI GESTAPO AMERICAN TRAITORS.”

In a follow-up message, the restaurant promised to “drop a big hammer” tomorrow, adding a string of hashtags, including “#NeverBackingDown”, “#LeaveTheVaxTakeTheCannoli”, and “#Don'tBeAFredo.”
