NYPD cops fired for alleged ‘shocking professional and sexual misconduct’ with teen

Two NYPD cops raped a vulnerable teen member of the police youth program, cruelly taking advantage of the underage girl to “satisfy their depraved interests,” an internal department judge has ruled.

The officers’ “shocking professional and sexual misconduct” included behavior from one of them that “would cause any responsible adult, let alone a parent, to recoil in horror,” the NYPD judge wrote in a scathing ruling made public last week.

Then-Officers Sanad Musallam and Yaser Shohatee “targeted’’ the girl, who was 15 at the time and a member of the NYPD’s Explorers program, according to the disciplinary documents.

Musallam and Shohatee, now 34 and 41, respectively, separately raped her amid dozens of phone chats and hundreds of text exchanges, which included “sexually explicit” photos, between 2015 and 2016, the records claim.

The judge, Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Trials Paul Gamble, recommended dismissing both cops after finding them guilty of the encounters and other internal misconduct charges in a 41-page ruling that forcefully rejected the officers’ narrative.

Both cops had denied the allegations and remained on the force at full pay until they were fired March 25, three weeks after Gamble’s ruling — and four years after the allegations were reported to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office and the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, according to disciplinary and payroll records.

Neither officer was ever criminally charged, with the case falling apart after the teen refused to continue to cooperate with investigators, said a spokesman for the DA’s office.

The accusations were never before made public. The NYPD began posting the outcomes of their internal trials earlier this year following a related court battle.

Title 42, the Public Health and Welfare law, was being used by Trump to deny entry to all illegal border crosses during the pandemic. These restrictions have been gutted. Now, Biden has turned the public health law on it’s head by allowing entire families to be released. Also, it appears that they are being released immediately without the minimal waiting period of 20 days for families that was the rule before Covid-19. If so, there is not enough time for even a minimal verification of their stories. Some of these are probably not be real families, but persons joined together, not for holy matrimony, but for the purpose of gaining easy illegal entry into the US.

Complaint Filed After Gretchen Whitmer Admits Using Campaign Funds for Secret Private Jet Florida Trip

A Michigan taxpayer group filed a campaign finance complaint against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) Monday after she admitted using campaign resources to pay for a secret personal private jet trip to Florida.

Michigan Rising Action filed a 16-page complaint with Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) thoroughly laying out the arguments for why Whitmer’s $27,521 payment to a company that owns the private jet she used to fly to Palm Beach, Florida, to visit her father in March was illegal, at a time when she was lecturing Michiganders not to travel to the state over coronavirus fears.

The trip occurred in March, was disclosed in April, and was finally paid for on the day campaign committee books closed, July 20.

Michigan campaign finance law allows an elected official to use campaign donations for “incidental” travel while carrying out official duties. Michigan Rising Action argued because Whitmer’s repeated excuse for the trip was strictly “personal”, campaign resources cannot be used in that manner. For weeks, Whitmer dodged questions about the trip, posturing that it was unworthy of public discussion.

After the scandal first broke, Whitmer attempted to use a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization to pay for the jaunt, before determining that created potential legal issues for the plane’s owners. Nonprofits are also barred from paying personal expenses. Whitmer then attempted to justify it by reimbursing the company $1,710 for her seat and those of her daughters.

That action “represents an admission” Whitmer’s intent for the trip was personal, the complaint alleges.

Michigan Rising Action claimed Whitmer’s campaign committee violated the Michigan Campaign Finance Act twice:

Section 21a – by illegally using candidate committee funds to finance a candidate’s personal expenses in the guise of an “incidental expense”.

Section 33 – by knowingly filing an inaccurate statement or report.

The complaint notes the penalty for violating Section 33 is a circuit court has the authority to “prohibit that candidate from assuming the duties of a public office or from receiving compensation from public funds, or both.”

“This Complaint demonstrates greed in its purest form, and serves as yet another illustration of Respondent Whitmer’s ‘the rules apply for thee, but not to me’ attitude,” it concluded, and called on Benson, a Whitmer political ally, to investigate the alleged violations.

“Gov. Whitmer has tried to run from her secret flight to Florida for months, and her repeated attempts to cover-up her hypocrisy have only resulted in more scandal and legal trouble,” Michigan Rising Action Executive Director Eric Ventimiglia said in a statement.

“Whitmer’s latest attempt to pass this personal trip off as a campaign expense is a clear violation of Michigan’s campaign finance laws, and she must be held accountable once and for all for her repeated breach of ethics and the law,” Ventimiglia said.

Gov. Ron DeSantis Responds to New CDC Masking Guidelines

On Tuesday, the CDC released a statement on its website with updated COVID-19 guidance, including masking recommendations.

“To maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission,” the CDC said. “Wearing a mask is most important if you have a weakened immune system or if, because of your age or an underlying medical condition, you are at increased risk for severe disease, or if someone in your household has a weakened immune system, is at increased risk for severe disease, or is unvaccinated. If this applies to you or your household, you might choose to wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission in your area.” [Emphasis added]

President Biden also weighed in on the guidance in a statement released by the White House:

Today’s announcement by the CDC—that new research and concerns about the Delta variant leads CDC to recommend a return to masking in parts of the country—is another step on our journey to defeating this virus. I hope all Americans who live in the areas covered by the CDC guidance will follow it; I certainly will when I travel to these areas. Today, the CDC also reaffirmed that we can safely reopen schools this fall—full time. Masking students is inconvenient, I know, but will allow them to learn and be with their classmates with the best available protection. Most importantly, today’s announcement also makes clear that the most important protection we have against the Delta variant is to get vaccinated. Although most U.S. adults are vaccinated, too many are not. While we have seen an increase in vaccinations in recent days, we still need to do better. [Emphasis added]

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s office was first out of the box to criticize the new recommendations. “It isn’t based in science,” press secretary Christina Pushaw told Fox News. “There is no indication that areas with mask mandates have performed any better than areas without mask mandates. In fact, this policy could actually backfire.”

Pushaw tweeted that parents should be the ones making decisions about their children’s health and safety.

She pointed out that “not everyone can get vaccinated,” including some being treated with chemotherapy, and suggested that people “have some empathy and stop berating/mocking people for being hospitalized or dying from COVID.” She was referring to recent articles breathlessly reporting on a vaccine-hesitant man who died of COVID-19 complications.

On Monday DeSantis told attendees at a roundtable, “I think our fear is that seeing some of those rumblings, that there be an attempt from the federal level or even some of these organizations to try to push for mandatory masking of school children. And so our view is that this should absolutely not be imposed. It should not be mandated.”

Biden sniped at a reporter who asked whether the federal government will require all employees to be vaccinated. “That’s under consideration right now, but if you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were.”

The president said that on Thursday he will lay out “next steps” to push more Americans to get vaccinated. “By following the science, and by doing our part by getting vaccinated, America can beat COVID,” Biden said. “In the meantime, more vaccinations and mask wearing in the areas most impacted by the Delta variant will enable us to avoid the kind of lockdowns, shutdowns, school closures, and disruptions we faced in 2020. Unlike 2020, we have both the scientific knowledge and the tools to prevent the spread of this disease. We are not going back to that.”

The verdict came on the first day of jury deliberations in the case, in which Buck was charged with nine felony counts, including two counts of distribution of controlled substances resulting in death. The charges stemmed from the deaths of Gemmel Moore in July 2017 and Timothy Dean in January 2019 at Buck’s Weset Hollywood apartment.

Buck, who has reportedly given more than $500,000 to mostly Democratic politicians and causes since 2000, was found guilty on all counts.

Family members of the men who died spoke after the verdict was announced early Tuesday afternoon. LaTisha Nixon, the mother of Gemmel Moore, was among those who spoke.

Tuesday marked four years to the day of her son’s death.

SABATINI: Nikki Fried Should Be ‘Immediately Subpoenaed,’ ‘Investigated’ For Suspending CCW Permits Of 1/6 Protesters

Florida State Rep. Anthony Sabatini is calling for an investigation into the state’s far-left Democrat Ag Commissioner Nikki Fried on Tuesday, after Fried boasted of using the powers granted to her office by the NRA in 2002 to strip Jan. 6 Trump supporters at the Capitol of their concealed carry permits.

“In accordance with Art. 3, Sec. 5 of the FL Constitution, @NikkiFried should immediately be subpoenaed & investigated for this unlawful & politically motivated action,” Sabatini wrote on Twitter. “Although the House can only impeach for misdemeanors, we should immediately pass a law to strip her of all power.”

Sabatini’s tweet was in response to a tweet by Fried that proclaimed, “I just suspended the concealed weapons permits of 22 people involved in the insurrection against the United States of America instigated by Donald Trump on January 6, 2021.” As National File reported, the loophole that places the Division of Licensing – responsible for granting CWW licenses in the state – under the purview of the Florida Ag Commissioner is the result of an NRA lobbying campaign in 2002.

Article 3, Section 5 of the Florida Constitution states, “Each house, when in session, may compel attendance of witnesses and production of documents and other evidence upon any matter under investigation before it or any of its committees, and may punish by fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding ninety days, or both, any person not a member who has been guilty of disorderly or contemptuous conduct in its presence or has refused to obey its lawful summons or to answer lawful questions.”

Sabatini is currently running to become a member of the U.S. House of Representatives on an America First platform, as reported by National File:

Evans, who is running as an America First candidate for Georgia’s 6th Congressional district, had his Twitter account temporarily restricted on Tuesday afternoon. The restriction means his Twitter profile, including his profile image, is completely blanked account, with a message declaring that there has been “unusual activity” from the account. Users then have to click a button to confirm that they still want to get access to his profile.

China-Backed Harvard Center Fellow Luke O’Brien Engages in Targeted Harassment Against The National Pulse.

Luke O’Brien – a member of the far-left “WGA East” union who was recently dismissed from a writing role at the Huffington Post – has engaged in an attempt on Twitter to have National Pulse editor in chief harassed. O’Brien also risibly raised “foreign agent registration act” claims against Raheem Kassam, despite the fact that Kassam doesn’t and never has represented a foreign government.

O’Brien, who claims to be a reporter but is actually a pro-Antifa activist, took to Twitter because he was upset about Kassam’s mockery of the January 6th commission on Capitol Hill, Tuesday.

“Here is an anti-democratic operative who works for Steve Bannon and has ties to extremist leaders in Europe. He is based in DC,” O’Brien claimed. Kassam has no links to “anti-democratic” nor “extremist” leaders, and runs The National Pulse website. He does not work for Steve Bannon.

“I hear he likes to hang out at Morton’s on Conn. Ave,” claimed O’Brien, dog-whistling his far-left followers into a harassment campaign, made clear by one follower’s response which read: “I’m just upset that it’s not driving distance from where I live. He deserves a little bit of face to face time.”

But if there is someone who should have to register as a foreign agent, it should be O’Brien and his new employer, the Shorenstein Center at Harvard.

As previously reported by The National Pulse – and potentially the cause of O’Brien’s outrage – the Shorenstein Center has significant links with the Chinese Communist Party, effectively making O’Brien a CCP asset.

Masquerading as an anti-disinformation platform, Shorenstein actually aids the Chinese Communist Party by knocking down narratives the CCP prefers not to be public. The National Pulse contacted the Shorenstein Center for comment, but did not receive a reply at the time of publication.
