San Francisco Bars to Require Customers Show Proof of Vaccine or Negative Covid Test to Drink Indoors

San Francisco: Where it’s perfectly acceptable to shoot up heroin in broad daylight on the street but you can’t enter a bar without a Covid passport.

Hundreds of San Francisco bars are set to require customers either show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test in order to drink indoors.

The San Francisco Bar Owners Alliance said in a statement it is now the group’s “official position” that as of July 29, customers who want to be inside their members’ establishments must either show vaccination proof or a negative test from within the past 72 hours.

Those who decline to show proof of vaccination or a negative test can still sit outdoors.

“It will be up to each individual bar to decide how best to enforce” the new policy, the alliance said in their statement, and Eater reports the policy will be voluntary for the bars that belong to the group.

Nearly 500 bar owners from approximately 300 bars belong to the alliance, Eater reports, and alliance president Ben Bleiman said roughly 85% of its members are in favor of the policy, though it’s still unclear how many will ultimately participate.

AZ State Senator Sonny Borrelli on Maricopa Officials: Charges Should be Levied, People Should Be Prosecuted

State Rep Reports Strip Club Visit Using Campaign Funds

Michigan state Rep. Jewell Jones reported the usage of $221 in campaign funds at a strip club in March, stating the venue was used for a “constituent meeting” to talk about “potential economic projects,” The Detroit News reported.

The information was revealed in a disclosure filed Sunday, before the Monday deadline for elected officials and candidates to submit their fundraising reports, according to Detroit News.

The third-term Democratic lawmaker described the venue, Pantheion Club, as a “lounge” he was uncertain functioned as a strip club before he arrived, in a phone interview with the Detroit News, before the call disconnected.

“We have (to) meet people where they’re at some times … #HOLLA,” Jones said in a text message to the Detroit News after the interview, while including the club had “great lambchops.”

Jones was previously in the spotlight for being arrested April 6 after his black Chevy Tahoe swerved in and out of its lane before crashing into a ditch. His blood alcohol content was 0.19, over the state’s 0.08 legal limit, the Detroit News reported.

He was also accused of struggling with troopers, threatening to call the governor and claiming he had oversight on the Michigan State Police budget, the Detroit News reported.

Jones was ordered to pay $1,000 on Friday because he failed to keep up with payments on his alcohol tether, a bracelet which measures intoxication through an individual’s sweat, with the judge noting he would “be looking at jail” if he made any other violations, the Detroit News reported.

Broward County School Board Shuts Down Meeting on Mask Mandate To Flee From Face Freedom Protesters

The Face Freedom Movement IS Ready For Wednesday

The Broward School Board shut down its discussion period on a mask mandate in school Tuesday after the anti-mask Face Freedom movement showed up to make their voices heard. Patriotic protesters burned masks outside the school then entered the K.C. Wright Administrative Building with their faces unmasked, prompting the school board to shut down open discussion. The School Board is meeting Wednesday morning to discuss the mask mandate, and the Face Freedom movement will be there.

“In an obvious attempt to take the wind out of our sails, Broward School Board has postponed their meeting to decide on whether or not to continue suffocating children to death. After a successful rally and mask burning, we were told our medical exemptions would be respected. An hour later the School Board in a closed door meeting changed their minds and said we must wear masks. We refused. They then proceeded to postpone the entire meeting to tomorrow and announced they will be segregating anti-maskers to an outside area. We will be there! Come for prayer at 11am and for the meeting at 12noon,” stated Face Freedom protest organizer Chris Nelson.

The University of Florida laboratory known as the Mass Spectrometry Research and Education Center studied six children’s Coronavirus facemasks, provided by parents, and discovered numerous dangerous pathogenic bacteria in the masks.

The pathogenic bacteria found on the masks cause such illnesses as pasthogenic pneumonia, blood stream infections, meningitis, urinary tract infections, strep throat, tuberculosis, “life threatening pneumonia,” sepsis, Legionnaire’s disease, and others. “Obnoxious Public Health Officials have pontificated about safety of facemasks and lectured us ad nauseum about the selfishness of refusing to wear one. But a rebellious group of Florida parents decided to question the narrative and find out for themselves,” said Chris Nelson, the Floridian organizer of the Million Maskless March.

Mexican Citizen Dies From Head Injury After Falling From Border Fence

SAN DIEGO – (CBP) – On July 25, 2021, at 6:30 p.m, a Border Patrol camera operator observed several individuals crossing the international border fence, approximately one and a half miles west of the Otay Mesa Port of Entry.

Two Border Patrol Agents (BPAs) approached the area in marked Border Patrol vehicles from the west between the primary and secondary border fences, and a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent (SBPA) approached from the east. The first BPA that arrived in the area observed an individual near the base of the secondary fence.

As he was placing that individual into custody, he heard something hit the ground on the other side of the secondary fence immediately north of his location. The BPA was able to see an unresponsive individual lying on the ground on the north side of the fence and immediately requested emergency medical assistance.

Within seconds, the SBPA responded to the north side of the secondary fence and discovered a male Mexican citizen who had suffered a severe head injury from an apparent fall from the fence. San Diego Fire Department emergency medical personnel arrived at the location approximately ten minutes later and ultimately declared the man deceased on the scene.

This incident is being investigated by the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office and is under review by the CBP Office of Professional Responsibility.

"Really Alarming" - Megadrought Pushes Two Major US Lakes To Record-Low Water Levels

Water levels in Utah's Great Salt Lake and Lake Powell have dropped to their lowest levels ever recorded. This summer's extreme drought and compounding heat waves have triggered a water crisis in the Western half of the U.S.

The U.S. Geological Survey announced Utah's Great Salt Lake saw water levels drop an inch below the previous record low of 4,191.4 feet above sea level in1963.

As shown below, Great Salt Lake's water level has been declining over the last few decades, but recently, the megadrought has accelerated the decline.

"It's already concerning that Great Salt Lake has been on a slow decline, but the drought has accelerated that decline," said Candice Hasenyager, deputy director of the Utah Division of Water Resources. "It's really alarming." There's still more room for the lake to drop even further through summer.

Meanwhile, Lake Powell, the second-largest reservoir in the U.S., has dropped to 3,554 feet in elevation or 33% capacity — the lowest in over half a century since it was filled.

The lake is a crucial holding tank for outflow from the Colorado River Upper Basin States: Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Brad Udall, a climate scientist at Colorado State University, told Cronkite News that increasing demand for water across seven U.S. and two Mexican states "that rely on the Colorado River had not declined fast enough to match the reduced supply.

If Powell falls even further, hydroelectric turbines will cease to run. The lake supplies water to up to 30 million people and irrigation of 5 million acres.

Suppose water levels continue to decline in both the Great Salt Lake and Lake Powell. In that case, it could trigger the first-ever water shortage declaration that would affect surrounding communities.

That was a big concern with regards to the National Defense Authorization Act [NDAA 2012] for years because of the provision that allowed for indefinite detention. That’s not right underneath our law.” When speaking on Nancy Pelosi’s partisan January 6 Select Committee, the Arizona Representative said that Pelosi “doesn’t want the real questions to be asked.”

“Why were all the riot gear in a bus locked up somewhere off site? Why was that? Why did we turn down the number of additional Capitol Police? Why did we turn down some of the National Guard aspects?” Gosar asked. “That panel is not going to ask the questions that need to be addressed. Pelosi needs to have the questions answered because she’s the one in charge.”
