What did officer Familia's partner give to POTUS during the speech? I'm not in a place where I can grab screen shots, or cut segments, but look at 19:03 - 20:16 in the video:

Specifically:
At 19:04, Officer Familia's partner is getting "it" out of his left pocket.
At 19:09, he tries to give it to POTUS behind the lady's back, and Trump snaps his head in response when he feels the touch.
At 19:44, he shakes POTUS' hand and places it on his palm, and then while extending the handshake tells him something.
At 20:14, POTUS puts it into his left coat pocket.
