Remember that a GUID like the name of the .PNG file we just got, is only a text representation of a string of binary digits. So the binary digits could be an encryption key. Or a resource ID in a SAN or OS, or even a Bitlocker ID. We need more info to be sure.

Any psych person who is unfamiliar with Satanic Ritual Abuse or MKUltra, will misinterpret and misdiagnose an Illuminati member or a high ranking minion like Obama. All of these people have induced DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) which used to be called multiple personalities. Very few psych people have studied this stuff because DID is so rare, outside of the induced people, and those ones don't go near psych people who are not in the cult, or work as programmers for the cult.
These are just GUIDs. Used by lots of apps to generate unique identifiers for stuff in a content management system database, or on a SAN or whatever. They are simply a human readable form for the long string of binary digits that represent numbers so big, that a random selection will never happen again until after our universe has collapsed into a single point and a new big bang occurs. This allows many computers to choose random IDs and be confident that nobody else is using the same id for anything, anywhere, forever and ever.
No special meaning. Just a string of x number of binary digits.
