OK this is just weird, 3 NYPD officers die in March 2017 within days of each other from 9-11 related injuries?

Q says there are no coincidences so isn't it strange that 3 officers die within 3 days of each other 16 years after the their 9-11 injury. Sounds like more funny business at care homes.
