Here is an 11 minute video of the news item on Russia's channel 1 today. This is roughly the equivalent of BBC1 in the UK or CBC1 in Canada, i.e. the closest thing to an official channel.
There are lots of shots of the bridge construction and you can see that a lot of the support infrastructure for building it is still in place. There is a parallel bridge at sea level that was the first thing built to bring materials and work crews out to the parts of the bridge they were needed. The finished bridge will carry transport trucks, general passenger traffic and a train track as well. And this is only ONE of many mega infrstructure projects that Russia has build over the past 10 years. Expect to see projects like this in the USA soon as the infrastructure rebuild gets underway to MAGA.
