The New Mexico House Majority Leader is in serious trouble after being charged in a massive embezzlement scheme.

Rep. Sheryl Williams Stapleton may have embezzled upwards of $954,000 dollars in a racketeering, laundering and illegal kickbacks scheme.

The New Mexico Democrat was the eventual recipient of up to 60% of the government contracts with Robotics Management Learning Systems LCC, a D.C. based company.

Law enforcement agents have executed search warrants at the home and business of state Rep. Sheryl Williams Stapleton.

According to a filed warrant, she is under investigation for racketeering, money laundering and receiving illegal kickbacks.

In April, newly-appointed Albuquerque Public Schools Superintendent Scott Elder submitted a letter to the New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas referencing “Suspected Violations of Governmental Conduct Act and Procurement Code.”

According to the warrant, every invoice issued by Robotics to APS was for an even dollar amount, no cents, and in unchanging amounts over the years. Most were reportedly for $40,000. In all, APS paid Robotics more than $5.3 million.

Rep. Williams Stapleton is also directly involved with four companies that received payments from Robotics: The Charlie Morrisey Center for Creative Assitance Inc., the Ujima Foundation, S. Williams and Associates, and local restaurant A Taste of The Caribbean.

Evidence suggests that she was eventual recipient of 60% of the APS money — $954,386. Investigators are looking into additional payments that were redirected into her personal bank accounts.

State Democrats said they were “shocked and dismayed” with the allegations against their crooked cohort.

Pelosi Orders Capitol Police to Arrest Staff and Visitors Who Fail to Comply with House Mask Mandate

Speaker Nancy Pelosi ordered Capitol Police to arrest staff and visitors who fail to comply with her new mask mandate on the House side of the Capitol complex starting Thursday.

For lawmakers, Pelosi advised not arresting but “reporting Members to SAA for their failure to comply.”

“I cannot comply with this tyrannical order,” Rep. Cammack said. “This is the people’s house, not Nancy Pelosi’s house.”

Pelosi’s spox said the Speaker had nothing to do with this new order.

“The speaker of the House does not control the U.S. Capitol Police,” Pelosi spokesperson Drew Hammill told Fox News. “We were unaware of the memo until it was reported in the press.”

The Capitol’s attending physician late Tuesday night reinstated the mask mandate inside the Capitol complex on the House side due to rising Covid cases.

GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy on Wednesday said the mask mandate goes against the science.

Pelosi said McCarthy is a “moron” when asked about his comment on the mask mandate.

“To say that wearing a mask is not based on science, I think, is not wise, and that was my comment, and that’s all I’m going to say about that.” Pelosi said.

Delta, American, United Airlines Are Providing African Migrants Free Flights To The U.S.

As hundreds of illegal immigrants surge across the southern border daily, migrants from Africa are gaining entry into the United States with free plane tickets paid funded by American taxpayers.

Asylum seekers wanting entry to the United States from Africa typically embark on journeys to South America by boat or plane, then make a treacherous trek on foot through Colombia and Panama towards the United States.

Now, migrants and their families can entirely circumvent checkpoints at the U.S. southern border

In June, Uber launched a ride credit fund to support Miles4Milate, allowing migrants to safely get to their destination using donated frequent flyer miles and credit card points.

The Democratic Republic of Congo Africa has been the primary country of origin of refugees seeking admittance to the United States following the country’s 2019 Ebola outbreak according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Illegal immigrants can also receive free commercial flights into the U.S. interior from Catholic Charities, a non-profit organization funded by US taxpayers.

Catholic Charities has assisted more than 700 border crossers with “pass[ing] through the hotels” in southern California before taking off on commercial flights to resettle into the U.S. interior, Daily Mail reports.

Once into the United States, illegal immigrants are allowed to bypass photo identification requirements all American citizens are required to adhere to. They are able to board flights without a photo ID and do not have to verify their coronavirus or vaccination status.

Migrants are relying on the network of nonprofit organizations for entry into the US.

The OpenVAERS website released its most recent weekly numbers on Saturday.

OpenVAERS.com is currently down. It has been down for hours. OpenVAERS is a privately run site that data mines the official CDC VAERS site. The more difficult to read CDC-linked VAERS website is still up.

According to the website there are now 11,405 reported deaths from the COVID vaccines in the United States according to the latest numbers.

This is up from 11,140 total vaccine deaths last week.

And this was up from 9,125 reported deaths from the COVID-19 vaccinations total from the previous week.

The number of deaths linked to the CDC promoted vaccines this year has absolutely skyrocketed. According to the CDC’s own data.

The OpenVAERS database contains information on unverified reports of adverse events (illnesses, health problems and/or symptoms) following immunization with US-licensed vaccines. The CDC government website links to VAERS platform.

Obviously, the VAERS website has gained much attention — not from the fake news mainstream media — but from Americans seeking the truth on the COVID vaccines.

This had the vaccine pushers in a panic.

CDC COVID-19 Hospitalization Data Will Shock You – What the Media is Not Showing You

COVID-19 Hospitalization Data Challenges Biden Administration and CDC Histrionics.

The Biden Administration, Saint Fauci the Valiant, and the CDC technocrats are fearmongering by repeating speculation new COVID-19 variants are starting another deadly wave.

The vast majority of the population is healthy and has little or no risk for a severe COVID-19 infection. The focus should be on the most susceptible population for potential severe and lethal conditions. A new CDC study bears this out.

The CDC just released in its Preventing Chronic Diseases Journal (July 2021 Volume 18, E66) a study with a large sample of Convid-19 hospitalizations (4.9 million admissions) from March 2020 – March 2021. The study concluded that comorbidities (two or more diseases or medical conditions) cause severe COVID-19 illness.

Hospitalization Statistics

Only 5.1% of hospitalized COVID-19 patients were ICU admissions. The volume of the patients hospitalized with comorbidities was 82.4%, with a death rate of 1.9%. So if you are healthy, there is little risk of hospitalization or even death.

The risk of death while hospitalized was extremely low at .3% for patients with no comorbidities. The risk of death rises with each increment of conditions. Stratifying morality rates for comorbidities for those with 2-5 conditions, the rate was 1.4%, 6-10 conditions were 2.0%, and over ten conditions were 3%. Below is a summary of the hospitalization data.

The highest prevalence of underlying conditions associated with severe COVID-19 illness were hypertension, lipid metabolism disorders, obesity, diabetes complications, coronary atherosclerosis, and other heart diseases. The televised hospital discharge celebrations demonstrate many of the patients were morbidly obese.

The health bureaucrats, until recently, claimed there weren’t a sufficient number of ventilators to intubate patients who didn’t have the ability to breathe. The overall intubation rate for hospitalized patients was a surprisingly low 1.6%. The risk of being put on a ventilator rises with the number of comorbidities. Once a patient is on a ventilator, the survival rate appears to be abysmally low.

Conclusion

The healthcare bureaucrats failed miserably by not instituting a selective quarantine for those with comorbidities and adequately educating the general public. The promotion of the experimental mRNA antigen vaccine violates informed consent process where the health care provider educates a patient about the risks, benefits, and alternatives of a given procedure or intervention.

Increasing the immune system using D3 and C vitamins, Melatonin, and zinc was swept under the rug to promote the pharmaceutical industry’s experimental vaccine. Several re-purposed drugs like Hydroxychloroquine combined with zinc, Ivermectin, Remdesivir, and magnesium have proven effective in combating COVID-19 infections, alleviating suffering, and reducing hospitalizations and deaths. The last thing the medical-industrial complex wants is an informed public taking responsibility for their health.

The CDC now demanding the public to re-mask confirms vaccinations do not stop you from catching COVID or transmitting it. Many more severe infections will continue to occur due to ignoring traditional therapies. Blaming the unvaccinated populace for spreading COVID is immoral.

Former Nikola CEO Milton Charged With Three Counts Of Fraud By DOJ, SEC Files Parallel Charges

It looks as though former Nikola CEO Trevor Milton has rolled down the hill face first into reality this morning.

That's because multiple sources are reporting that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan is charging Milton "in connection with their investigation into allegations of fraud and for making false and misleading statements to investors," according to Tom Winter of NBC.

CNBC has reported that Milton has been charged with "three counts of fraud" and making false claims regarding “nearly all aspects of the business".

"Prosecutors say that when Milton unveiled their tractor trailer truck it had to be plugged into the wall, the headlamps were activated by remote by a staffer, and air had to be pumped in because there was a slow leak in the air lines of the truck," Winter continued.

"And yes, prosecutors do say part of Milton's conduct was video of the Nikola truck in the Super Bowl ad was not in fact of a working truck but was towed to the top of a hill. Breaks were released and it rolled downhill."

An SEC complaint filed this morning also revealed that footage of the truck "had been sped up two-to-three times" and that the video was "ultimately approved" by Milton.

Lawmakers Accuse NBA Players Of "Profiting Off Slavery" Via Chinese Sponsorship Deals

We joked earlier that Thursday would likely be another wild day for China-related newsflow, and so far, we haven't been wrong.

As political tensions between the White House and Beijing intensify (even as Beijing looks poised to back off its ban on future US IPOs) Politico reported in its "China Watcher" newsletter on Thursday that some lawmakers are demanding that American NBA players sever endorsement contracts with Chinese sportswear firms. Last month, we reported on the first rumblings of potential Congressional action to stave off any "reputational risks" for the players (who are essentially financially beholden to Beijing). President Trump banned imports of cotton from Xinjiang because of human rights abuses, which is regularly used by many o the same companies paying to endorse NBA players.

"Americans can’t and shouldn’t conduct business with companies and players that profit through human slavery,” Rep. Scott Perry (R-Penn.) told POLITICO. “And that includes NBA players — they can’t sign endorsement deals and benefit off slave labor."

"If they didn’t know [their corporate sponsor] sourced slave labor cotton from Xinjiang, that’s one thing," Perry said. "But if they do know … they are complicit with slavery."

Scott Perry isn't the only lawmaker troubled by the NBA's links to Xinjiang. There's growing support among Democrats and Republicans involved with the Congressional-Executive Commission on China for probing players' relationships with Anta, Li-Ning and Peak. The July 15 passage of the Senate’s Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act will likely only lead to more intense scrutiny.

At least 13 current NBA players have deals with the firms, and retired Miami Heat star and Utah Jazz part-owner Dwyane Wade has inked a lifetime endorsement deal with Li-Ning (the deal was inked in 2018).

None of these players responded to Politico's calls for comment, and it's not hard to understand why. As one academic put it, NBA players who ink these deals are "on the wrong side of history."

Equatorial Guinea detains French military helicopter hours after France’s appeals court upholds guilty verdict for VP Mangue

Equatorial Guinea has detained a French military helicopter, with the vice president claiming it landed without authorization after violating the African state's airspace. France has denied any wrongdoing.

Vice President Teodoro Obiang Mangue said the aircraft was a “French military reconnaissance helicopter” which landed at Bata International Airport, despite having no authorization and allegedly breaching Equatorial Guinea’s airspace.

“This demonstrates once again the intention of France to destabilize the Republic of Equatorial Guinea,” Mangue tweeted on Thursday over the incident.

The helicopter was carrying six unarmed French soldiers, according to a statement from French military spokesman Colonel Pascal Ianni cited by Reuters. Ianni denied that France had any intent to harm Equatorial Guinea.

“The authorities in Equatorial Guinea decided to detain the helicopter. The issue is being resolved at the diplomatic level,” Ianni stated.

The helicopter incident comes amid rapidly growing tensions between the two countries after an embezzlement scandal involving Mangue.

France’s top appeals court upheld a guilty verdict against Mangue, son of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, on Wednesday, over his conviction for embezzlement and money laundering. The VP had been handed a three-year suspended sentence and a 30-million-euro ($33 million) fine at the end of his trial in absentia in 2020.

The case centered around Mangue’s luxury residence on Avenue Foch in Paris – a mansion which reportedly boasts 101 rooms, a gym, a hair-dressing studio, and a disco with a cinema screen. The lavish building was valued by the NGO Transparency International – one of the parties to bring forward the case against Mangue – at around 150 million euros.

Mangue was indicted and tried in absentia in France on several counts of corruption and money laundering. In response, Equatorial Guinea filed a case against France in the International Court of Justice for breaching the diplomatic immunity of its representatives and premises, but ultimately lost its challenge. Mangue’s subsequent conviction resulted in the seizure of the Paris mansion, as well as 17 luxury cars.

China’s possible involvement in Afghanistan could be a ‘positive’ development, US State Department says

China could play a constructive role in Afghanistan if it helps secure a political settlement between Kabul and the Taliban, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said.

Washington’s most senior diplomat remarked on Thursday that Beijing’s involvement in the war-torn country could be a “positive thing” if it helped to work towards a “peaceful resolution of the conflict.”

Taliban representatives traveled to China earlier this week to hold talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi about the political and military situation in Afghanistan following the withdrawal of US-led coalition troops from the country.

Beijing has signaled that it sees the Taliban as playing an important role in bringing peace and stability to Afghanistan. A spokesperson for the militant group said China was not interested in interfering with internal issues, but, instead, wanted to help restore peace in the country.

Commenting on the talks, Blinken insisted “no one” wanted to see a military takeover of the country by the Taliban, or the restoration of the group’s extremist Islamic emirate. He urged the Taliban to “peacefully” return to the negotiating table to bring an end to the nearly 20-year conflict that began with the US invasion of the Central Asian nation in October 2001.

China’s Foreign Ministry has stressed that it seeks to pursue a policy of “non-interference,” adding that the withdrawal of US-led forces from Afghanistan revealed Washington’s foreign policy “failure” in the country.

Afghanistan has seen a sharp uptick in violence since the US military’s exit from the country. The Taliban now claims it has gained control over a large portion of the country amid an aggressive military offensive that has seen numerous districts fall to the group.

Although the US is on track to complete its full withdrawal from the country by the end of August, the Pentagon has vowed it will continue to provide air support to Kabul as it battles the Taliban for territory.

‘ABOMINATION’: Gohmert, Greene, Gaetz Hold Press Conference After Being Denied Access To DC Jail Holding 1/6 Prisoners

Shortly after Representatives Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, and Louie Gohmert were denied access to and locked out of the DC Detention Center where January 6 prisoners are being held and reportedly abused, the representatives held a press conference slamming the “two tier justice system.”

Representatives Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, and Louie Gohmert visited the DC Detention Center today for a tour of the facility amid reports of prisoner abuse and torturous conditions, only to be denied access, accused of trespassing, and ultimately locked out of the building. The facility received a letter last week informing them that the Representatives would be coming by to tour the prison, but received no response. While inside, the warden lied to the Representatives, saying that a superintendent was outside waiting to speak to them. When the members of Congress walked out to speak to the supposed superintendent, the doors were locked behind them. The prison is a public building and the Representatives had arrived during business hours. Despite this, the members of Congress have been literally locked out of the jail. An attorney who arrived alongside the Representatives has also been prevented from seeing his client.

Following the disheartening situation at the DC prison, the representatives held a press conference slamming the facility, which they have oversight over, for not allowing them to witness the conditions of the prison. Representative Gohmert called it an “abomination” that they were locked out of the prison, saying that the actions taken today by the facility indicate that the reports of torture and inhumane treatment are true. “We suspect that there is a two tier justice system in the United States for Trump supporters that are charged for January 6 and catch and release for Antifa and BLM rioters,” added Representative Greene. “The questions we’ve asked have gone unanswered for months. What is Merrick Garland hiding?” said Representative Gaetz.

Congressman Gosar was unable to attend the press conference due to a conflict, but provided National File with a statement in reaction to the events at the DC facility: “Today, four members of Congress, and staff, were threatened with arrest as we tried to engage in public oversight. The prison officials were angry, rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and abusive. They did nothing to dispel the allegations of abuse in the prison. They did everything to confirm it,” Congressman Gosar tells National File.

National File recently interviewed Gosar, who compared the treatment and status of the January 6 prisoners to that of terrorists or suspected terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay. “It’s sad that we have, in this country, implicated this indefinite detention, whereas in Gitmo, non-citizens were treated much better than even these people. That’s what we’ve heard, and so we want them to come clean,” said Gosar. “We need to have that release. That’s all we were asking. We want to make sure that Americans are treated fairly under the law. Everybody, equal application under the law.”

Senator Tom Carper (D-Delaware) – who has referred to President Joe Biden as a “brother” and worked extensively on the White House’s infrastructure programs – has profited from investments in Chinese Communist Party-linked companies including firms flagged by the U.S. State Department as “tools” of the regime, The National Pulse can reveal.

The Chinese Communist Party’s financial ties are evidenced in Carper’s most recent financial disclosure, which reveals the controversial investments of his wife in Chinese regime-linked companies such as Tencent and Alibaba.

Carper is closely tied to Biden, and was the now-President’s junior partner in Delaware during part of Biden’s tenure in the United States Senate. Carper has described Biden as being “like a brother” who has “always been there for me.” Joe Biden himself referred to Senator Carper as his “buddy,” in the first name-check of his inaugural speech following the 2020 election.

“They know each other’s families. They know each other’s kids. They’ve commuted with each other. They respect each other,” said fellow Delaware Senator Chris Coons.

Carper, who serves as the Chairman of the Senate Environment and Works Committee, has also played a leading role in the Biden White House’s infrastructure negotiations.

Among the investments Senator Carper lists as “assets” on his 2012 financial disclosure forms are $1,001 to $15,000 in shares of iShares China Large-Cap ETF, $1,001 to $15,000 in shares of KraneShares Bosera MSCI China A ETF, and $1,001 to $15,000 in shares of Alibaba.

At the time of publication, dozens of state-owned companies comprise the iShares ETF, including Bank of China, China Construction Bank Corporation, and COSCO – a Shanghai-based logistics company labeled as a “thinly veiled arm of the Chinese military” by a task force of the U.S. House of Representatives. The KraneShares ETF is similarly tied to state-owned enterprises along with companies in direct competition with their American counterparts, such as leading Chinese electric vehicle battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology.

Strong Alaska Quake Produces Prolonged Shaking, Small Tsunami

PERRYVILLE, Alaska—A powerful earthquake which struck just off Alaska’s southern coast caused prolonged shaking and prompted tsunami warnings that sent people scrambling for shelters.

Residents reported only minor damage, but officials said that could change after sunrise and people get a better look.

The National Tsunami Warning Center canceled the warnings early Thursday when the biggest wave, of just over a half foot, was recorded in Old Harbor. A tsunami warning that had also been issued for Hawaii was also canceled, and officials said there was no threat to Guam, American Samoa or the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.

The warning for Alaska covered nearly a 1,000-mile (1,600-kilometer) stretch from Prince William Sound to Samalga Island, Alaska, near the end of the Aleutian Islands.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake was magnitude 8.2 and hit 56 miles (91 kilometers) east southeast of Perryville, Alaska at about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday. The quake was about 29 miles (46 kilometers) below the surface of the ocean, according to USGS.

Patrick Mayer, the superintendent of schools for the Aleutians East Borough, was sitting in his kitchen in the community of Sand Point when shaking from the quake started.
