My take is that the occupying power has to maintain a cohesive social structure. I think they can form their own courts and law enforcement, which would explain unusual court rulings thus far.
The weighing of events has to do with the behavior of the populace. The people can acquiesce and any US loyal military will stand down, or the people can openly uprise against the collaborating government, in which case the US loyal military will intervene to restore social order.
Could be Bidan underwater in poll support and trending pear-shaped is triggering the events we see now. Bidan could try UN troops to quell public unrest, with illegals forming terrorist cells to try to intimidate anti-Bidan protestors or to execute false flags.
Trump is holding up the resist banner. It's the only way out now, in my estimation. The US populace can in no way acquiesce.
