Funny how out of the blue we got a baker who didn't follow handoff protocols but just announced his takeover after previous baker showed that he was serious about doing proper bakes and wasn't about to leave the kitchen.
And once he got the bake notables just started appearing magically, full buns.
It almost seems organic…
