Ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick charged with molesting teen boy in 1974

Ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick — the former archbishop of Washington, DC, who was kicked out of the priesthood over sex abuse allegations — has been charged with molesting a teenage boy in Massachusetts in the 1970s.

The charges filed Wednesday make McCarrick, 91, the highest-ranking Roman Catholic official in the US to face criminal raps in the clergy sex abuse scandal, according to the Boston Globe.

The predatory priest is accused of groping a 16-year-old boy’s genitals on June 8, 1974, during the wedding reception of the teen’s brother at Wellesley College.

McCarrick allegedly told the boy that he “needed to go to confession” and led him into a room, where he proceeded to assault him while “saying prayers to make me feel holy,” the teen told police.

The investigation into McCarrick began in January after the alleged victim’s attorney, Mitchell Garabedian, wrote letters to the Norfolk and Middlesex district attorneys.

“My client is showing an enormous amount of courage by being a complainant in the criminal process,” said Garabedian, a longtime advocate for church sex abuse victims

“This is the first cardinal in the United States ever charged criminally for a sexual offense against a minor,” he said in a statement.

McCarrick had already been facing a slew of civil lawsuits in New York and New Jersey from men who alleged he sexually assaulted them when they were kids between the 1970s and 1990s. Criminal charges couldn’t be brought in those cases as the statute of limitations has expired.

But the unholy creep could be charged in Massachusetts, because he wasn’t a state resident when the alleged abuse took place and the statute of limitations stopped running when he went home to New York, according to the Globe.

At the time, McCarrick was a monsignor and secretary to then-New York Archbishop Cardinal Terence Cooke and lived in the rectory attached to St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

The Vatican knew for years that McCarrick slept with seminarians but only began investigating him after a man alleged that he was sexually abused by the priest when he was an altar boy in New York in the 1970s.

New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan spearheaded the probe into McCarrick, engaging the review board of the Archdiocese of New York.

McCarrick was booted from the ministry in 2018 after a review found the allegation to be “credible and substantiated.”

Pope Francis defrocked him a year later when Vatican officials found him guilty of soliciting for sex while hearing confession and of “sins” with both minors and adults.

McCarrick, who now lives in Missouri, has denied the allegations.

A summons was issued for him to appear in Dedham District Court on Aug. 26, for an arraignment on three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.

“We will look forward to addressing this issue in the courtroom,” his attorney, Barry Coburn, told the Globe on Thursday.

‘It’s Meaningless’: CDC Under Pressure to Release Data Behind Mask Guidance Reversal

A growing number of health officials and scientists are calling on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to release data behind its decision to recommend that COVID-19 vaccinated people wear masks in high-transmission areas.

One of them, New York City Health and Hospitals President and CEO Mitchell Katz, said he’s reluctant to follow the agency’s guidelines on universal masking.

“While the CDC issued their guidance yesterday at about 3 p.m., they have not yet released their scientific reports on the data that underlies their recommendation,” Katz said at a news conference. “I think we owe it to New Yorkers to very carefully, as you say, review that information and understand its implications,” Katz added. “Our focus has to be on getting people vaccinated.”

During the news conference, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, in a news conference with Katz, suggested that he will delay action around mask-wearing until the data is released.

“We’re assessing the information. What really is important is to assess the research behind it. Which is what our team is doing,” the mayor said. “We’ve got to make sure we understand the ramifications and what makes sense to do.”

Several states, cities, the White House, Congress, businesses, and federal agencies have already adopted the CDC’s latest mask guidelines. The reason why mask-wearing is recommended for some areas, said CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, is because some vaccinated individuals may be contagious and pass the virus to other people.

Child Rape Gang Police Whistleblower: Child Sex Abuse is ‘Going on Everywhere’ in the UK

Former detective turned grooming gang whistleblower Maggie Oliver said that the apologies offered in the lastest review to child rape victims in Bradford are “pointless” and that the scourge of rape gangs persists “everywhere” in the UK.

An independent review into five child grooming cases in Bradford, West Yorkshire since 2001 found that “children suffered abuse no child should have to experience”.

The review repeated the oft-heard refrain from such findings that the Bradford Partnership “fully accepts more needs to be done”.

“We want to apologise to the young people identified in this report and any others where the actions of agencies in Bradford has failed to protect them from child sexual exploitation.”

One of the victims highlighted in the report, referred to as Anna, was placed into the care of foster parents whose son was her abuser.

Anna was then forced into an Islamic wedding with her abuser after becoming pregnant at the age of fifteen, all of which, she claimed, was sanctioned by Bradford authorities.

“While in the ‘care’ of these adults, she was subjected to further sexual abuse and exploitation, domestic abuse, including assaults and coercion and what we would now recognise as domestic slavery,” the report revealed.

Anna said that the agencies “just ignored the abuse”, destroying her childhood.

Anti-abuse campaigner Maggie Oliver, who quit the Greater Manchester Police in 2012 in order to expose the grooming scandal in Rochdale, said of the review: “It’s another apology where they say lessons will be learned and all the rest of it.”

“We’re now 15 years on and as a result of what I learned after resigning, I started the Maggie Oliver Foundation where we help survivors and victims of child abuse every single day,” she told GB News.

“I can tell you that in the last six months, we are dealing with 31 cases from West Yorkshire, alone.

“Bradford is just another case, this is going on everywhere. What we’re finding in the foundation is that the worst cases that we are aware of are West Yorkshire and in [Greater Manchester]”.

Another victim cited in the latest review, Fiona Goddard — who waived her life-long right to anonymity — said that the Bradford police and council had many opportunities to stop her abuse and “nip it in the bud” but they “never did”.

Goddard, who was the victim of sexual abuse by the 2008 Bradford grooming gangs, said: “I reported it multiple times – physical abuse, sexual abuse or rapes – and they were never followed up on.”

Over One Quarter of Coronavirus Cases in LA County Are Among Fully Vaccinated

Over one quarter of Los Angeles County’s new cases of the Chinese coronavirus are among fully vaccinated people, Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer revealed this week.

During a meeting with the County Board of Supervisors, Ferrer said cases are rising among both the vaccinated and unvaccinated, although cases are rising faster among the unvaccinated population. Nonetheless, over 25 percent of new coronavirus cases are occurring in individuals who are considered fully vaccinated.

“In June, fully vaccinated people represent 20 percent of all of the cases diagnosed among residents, while partially vaccinated people accounted for 80 percent of the cases,” she said.

“Over the period of July 1 through July 16 … there were 13,598 cases diagnosed in LA County and unvaccinated people represented 74 percent of all of the cases. Fully vaccinated people represented 26 percent or 3,592 of the cases,” she continued, although she surmised that the numbers would be far worse if not for the vaccinated population, guessing that average daily cases likely would have doubled.

The U.K. VITT Organ Donor Study Group has published a report of an analysis of organ donation and transplantation from U.K. donors with VITT (blood clots) to understand the implications. The Daily Mail reports that Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca are both seeking to modify their vaccines to reduce the incidence of life-threatening blood clots.

VAERS – the American version of the Yellow Card reporting system – released new data bringing the total to 463,457 reports of adverse events following Covid vaccines, including 10,991 deaths and 48,385 serious injuries between December 14th 2020 and July 9th 2021.

Rep. Thomas Massie Taunts Pelosi: ‘Arrest My Entire Staff. We Are Not Wearing Masks’

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) on Thursday condemned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) new rule that House office staffers and members must wear masks at all times at work under pain of imprisonment.

“This is INSANE. Might as well come into my office and arrest my entire staff. We are not wearing masks. I support the Capitol Hill Police, but the Chief of Police made a mistake here. The physician and the chief of police don’t have this authority,” Massie tweeted Thursday:

Pelosi’s memo states the new rules result from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommended guidance on Tuesday.

“All USCP personnel must wear a mask at all times when in interior spaces throughout the Capitol grounds,” the memo reads.

The memo goes on to explain that any House staffer or member who does not wear a mask shall be reported to the House sergeant of arms, who could arrest any maskless individuals.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) tweeted in response, “I am directing my Hill staff to work from home today. No one should be arrested over a mask. We should follow the science not Speaker Pelosi.”

“To be clear: Pelosi is directing police to ARREST vaccinated people who aren’t wearing masks. This isn’t about science—it’s about power and control,” Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) tweeted.

Team Trump Updates Lawsuit Against Facebook and Twitter as 65,000 People Submit Stories of Censorship

Nearly 65,000 Americans have now submitted their stories of social media censorship in former President Donald Trump’s class-action lawsuit against Big Tech.

The America First Policy Institute, the organization representing Trump, shared a statement on Thursday regarding updates to the case.

“Late last night, Amended Complaints were filed in the Big Tech lawsuits against Facebook, Inc., Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter, Inc., Jack Dorsey, Google LLC, and Sundar Pichai. Since the initial filing on July 7, 2021, nearly 65,000 American people have submitted their stories of censorship through America First Policy Institute’s (AFPI) Constitutional Litigation Partnership (CLP) at TakeOnBigTech.com,” the statement read.

In addition to the nearly 65,000 stories, the statement also highlighted the bipartisan nature of the lawsuit.

“The Amended Complaints include additional censorship experiences and incorporates additional class representatives, including Dr. Naomi Wolf and Wayne Allyn Root – individuals on opposite ends of the political spectrum who highlight the bipartisan need to protect the thoughts and voices of all Americans, regardless of political affiliation,” it said.

Another update to the lawsuit included amended complaints following new information that the White House is working directly with Facebook and other social media platforms.

“The Amended Complaints also reflect additional causes of action under the Florida Fair Trade and Deceptive Practices Act and recent statements made by Biden White House officials, confirming the current administration’s collaboration with Big Tech platforms and their efforts to censor the American people,” it said.

Former President Donald Trump originally announced the class-action lawsuit during a news conference on July 7 against Twitter, Facebook and Google after they removed him from their platforms following the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion.

“I stand before you this morning to announce a very important … development for our freedom and freedom of speech,” he said at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

“Today, in conjunction with the America First Policy Institute, I’m filing, as the lead class action representative, a major class-action lawsuit against the Big Tech giants, including Facebook, Google and Twitter, as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey,” Trump said.

“There is no better evidence that Big Tech is out of control than the fact that they banned the sitting president of the United States earlier this year,” he added.

“If they can do it to me they can do it to anyone. And in fact, that is exactly what they’re doing.”

“The American people’s birthright of freedom must prevail against Big Tech and other forces that seek to destroy it. Through this lawsuit, we are standing up for American democracy by standing up for free speech rights of every American,” Trump said.

The announcement also included the introduction of the legal effort directed by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit focused on “perpetuating former President Trump’s popular policies.”

DoD Making Masks Mandatory Again, Even for the Vaccinated, in Some Places

The Defense Department on Wednesday resumed requiring all people – including those who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 – to wear masks indoors at military facilities in places where the disease is spreading quickly.

Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks said in a memo that, effective immediately, all service members, federal employees, on-site contractors and visitors must wear masks when indoors in areas of “substantial or high community transmission” of COVID-19, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

This applies to everybody, regardless of vaccination status, Hicks said. Those who are not fully vaccinated must keep physically distancing themselves from others, she said.

According to CDC guidelines, areas with substantial transmission levels are where there have been 50 to 99.99 new cases per 100,000 persons in the last seven days, and high transmission levels are where there are 100 new cases per 100,000 or more in the previous week. Data on community transmission levels can be found at the CDC’s COVID Data Tracker website.

For example, Bexar County, Texas, where Joint Base San Antonio is located, now has a high level of community transmission, as do places like Bossier Parish, Louisiana, home of Barksdale Air Force Base, and Clark County, Nevada, home of Nellis Air Force Base.

Hicks said that people entering defense installations, workspaces or other facilities who do not have a mask may be provided one at the installation.

The Defense Department in May began allowing fully vaccinated people to no longer wear masks, whether indoors or outdoors.

But the military’s move today to tighten mask rules comes as concerns are growing about plateauing vaccination rates and the spread of a highly contagious Delta variant of COVID-19. On Tuesday, the CDC recommended even fully vaccinated people wear masks in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission.

The Navy also announced Wednesday that two more sailors had died of complications from COVID in the last week.

California is preparing to require its National Guardsmen to get the COVID vaccine by early next month, or be required to undergo regular testing.

The Department of Veterans Affairs on Monday ordered the majority of its health-care workers to get vaccinated.

And the Washington Post and CNN reported that President Joe Biden is preparing to announce Thursday a requirement for all federal employees and contractors to get vaccinated or have to be tested regularly.

But while the military is looking at the possibility of requiring troops to receive the vaccine, it cannot legally do so until the Food and Drug Administration issues its final approval for the drugs. The COVID vaccines are now approved under an emergency use authorization.

The FDA has been reviewing the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine since early May, and the Moderna vaccine since early June. It is not yet certain when it will grant them full approval.

Ben & Jerry's: 'We are proud Jews and support Israel but oppose settlements'

The founders of Ben & Jerry's ice cream have stated that they are "proud Jews", that Israel was one of their first overseas markets and that they are "supporters of the State of Israel."

However, they conveyed in an opinion piece published by The New York Times on Wednesday: "It's possible to support Israel and oppose some of its policies, just as we've opposed policies of the US government."

"We unequivocally support the decision of the company to end business in the occupied territories, which a majority of the international community, including the United Nations, has deemed an illegal occupation."

However, although they do not have any operational control over the company they founded in 1978, they are: "Proud of its action and believe it is on the right side of history."

According to the founders: "In our view, ending the sales of ice cream in the occupied territories is one of the most important decisions the company has made in its 43-year history. It was especially brave of the company. Even though it undoubtedly knew that the response would be swift and powerful, Ben & Jerry's took the step to align its business and operations with its progressive values."

They stressed that their support for the company's decision "is not a contradiction" nor "anti-Semitism", adding: "In fact, we believe this act can and should be seen as advancing the concepts of justice and human rights, core tenets of Judaism."

228 Republican lawmakers urge Supreme Court to overrule Roe v. Wade

Scores of congressional Republicans on Thursday urged the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade next term when the justices review a restrictive Mississippi abortion law.

The GOP lawmakers, 44 senators and 184 House members, argued in an amicus brief that the landmark 1973 decision in Roe and related rulings represent “a vise grip on abortion politics.”

“Congress and the States have shown that they are ready and able to address the issue in ways that reflect Americans’ varying viewpoints and are grounded in the science of fetal development and maternal health,” wrote the lawmakers, who represent 40 states.

Among the signatories were Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and other Republican leadership members. Earlier this week, a trio of conservative Senate Republicans — Josh Hawley (Mo.), Mike Lee (Utah) and Ted Cruz (Texas) — filed a separate amicus brief in the case.

The Thursday filing comes after Mississippi’s attorney general urged the justices last week in a brief to overrule Roe when the justices review Mississippi’s ban on virtually all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

On Thursday, Mississippi also received backing from a dozen Republican governors who asked the Supreme Court to eliminate federal abortion protections and instead allow states to regulate the procedure.

Abortion rights advocates warn that access would be sharply curtailed across the country if the Supreme Court uses next term's Mississippi case to overturn Roe v. Wade. An analysis done in 2019 by the Center for Reproductive Rights entitled "What If Roe Fell?” found that the burden would fall most heavily on the American South and Midwest.

According to the report, abortion would remain legal in 21 states, while 24 states and three territories would likely move to impose some form of ban. In the remaining five states, abortion would remain “accessible but vulnerable.”

Court precedent tracing back to Roe prohibits states from banning abortion before fetal viability, which occurs around 24 weeks, and from placing an "undue burden" on abortion access. The Mississippi law at issue next term creates only narrow exceptions from its 15-week ban on elective abortions.

Feds exempting some illegal migrants from normal ID requirements on flights

"We are abandoning every single security norm we learned after 9/11 just to move illegal aliens through the country," said Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Prevention.

As the Biden administration ramps up the release of illegal migrants detained at the southern border, they are exempting many from the Transportation Security Agency's government photo ID rules for airline travel, giving them special permissions to fly after a background check.

TSA officials say they are confident the screenings that U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials are doing before migrants are permitted onto U.S. domestic flights is ensuring security. But a former head of the CBP told Just the News he is not so sure.

"I'm sure CBP is doing as much due diligence as possible," said Mark Morgan, who served as acting commissioner of the agency under President Donald Trump and chief of U.S. Border Patrol and acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement under President Barack Obama. "But when you have 180,000 people crossing a month and many don't have the official travel documents normally needed to ensure identity, there is only so much you can do."

All American passengers are required to provide TSA a government-issued photo ID, usually a state-issued driver's license or a passport, Homeland Security trusted traveler card, green card or a Department of Defense ID. There are procedures when an American forgets their ID at the airport, which requires filling out extensive paperwork, waiting for ID verification and then undergoing a pat-down search according to the TSA Web site.

Officials said illegal migrants being released from detention pose additional challenges if they didn't arrive at the border with a passport or other clear government-trusted IDs. Some arrive with birth certificates issued by foreign countries or have generic IDs that don't carry the same weight as a passport or driver's license.

TSA officials said CBP officials will call consulates and embassies for the home countries when migrants are detained without official travel papers in an effort to ascertain their identities before allowing them to take a flight.

"The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has an established process to verify the identity of undocumented individuals who have received immigration documents from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are ticketed for travel on a commercial airline," TSA press secretary Sarah Rodriguez told Just the News.

"TSA coordinates with CBP and uses resources available to the agency to confirm the identity of every traveler to ensure that transportation security is not compromised," she added.

But Morgan said such an ad hoc system is only as good as the information that a host country can provide. "If you are calling a Cuba or a Venezuela or a Sudan consulate, can we really be sure? I don't think so," he said. "We are abandoning every single security norm we learned after 9/11 just to move illegal aliens through the country."

Morgan's concerns are shared by John Zadrozny, a former top Trump adviser on homeland and immigration issues who said he witnessed firsthand a migrant family being placed on a flight without the normal ID.

McCarthy: Pelosi 'may not feel' inflation because her husband made $5 million on tech stock

"We've watched inflation grow based upon what the Democrats have done," House GOP Leader McCarthy says.

House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy argued Thursday that Democrats' policies are driving inflation, adding that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi "may not feel" its effects in her life.

"We've watched inflation grow based upon what the Democrats have done. Pelosi may not feel it because her husband just made $5 million in a month buying options on technology stock while Congress debated it," McCarthy said during a press conference, referring to Congress debating anti-trust measures.

Bloomberg News reported on the recent stock buys for Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi.

"Nancy Pelosi’s July 2 financial form included that her husband had on June 18 exercised call options to acquire 4,000 shares of Alphabet at a strike price of $1,200," read the Bloomberg report. "The trade netted him a $4.8 million gain, and it’s risen to $5.3 million since then as the shares have jumped."

On the McCarthy's argument about Democrats' policies worsening inflation, Republicans say President Biden's $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act injected too much money into the economy after roughly $5 trillion had already been spent during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Republicans also often point to the law's continuation of a $300 federal jobless bonus on top of state benefits as a contributing factor to the labor shortage in certain industries. Democrats have said the rescue plan was needed for the economy to recover.

Israel to Start Covid Booster Shots on Sunday; Pfizer Ups 2021 Revenue Expectation From $26B to $33.5B

Pfizer's mRNA injection that we were told earlier this month was "99% effective" in preventing symptomatic COVID-19 fell to at most "39% effective" against the Delta variant last week in Israel and now they're planning to start giving out a third dose in just days.

From The Times of Israel, "Israelis age 60 and up to start getting third coronavirus vaccine dose next week":

Health Ministry Director-General Nachman Ash on Thursday told health management organizations to start giving a third COVID-19 vaccine shot to elderly Israelis from the beginning of next week.

Ash told the HMOs the shots should be given to those aged 60 and older.

His order came hours after Prime Minister Naftali Bennett met with top health officials to review an expert panel's recommendations that older Israelis receive a third shot.

Israel is among the first in the world to offer a third dose of a coronavirus vaccine — Hungary has also said it would begin rolling out booster shots beginning Sunday, joining Turkey, which adopted the measure earlier this month. The American Food and Drug Administration has yet to approve third doses.

The booster shots are going to start on Sunday, according to NBC News.

The top American general overseeing operations in Afghanistan declined to say Sunday night whether U.S. airstrikes against the Taliban would end Aug. 31, the date previously given by officials as a cutoff for such attacks.

Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr., the head of United States Central Command, refused to commit to ending the United States last remaining military leverage over the Taliban: airstrikes.

The Taliban have recently done a lot of diplomacy with visits to Moscow, Beijing and Tehran. Together, with Pakistan, which continues to supply the Taliban with weapons and manpower, those countries are planing for a future where the Taliban will have total control of, or at least a significant role in. the Afghan government. They have promised to invest in a Taliban led Afghanistan.

But the U.S. will not allow a rebuilding of the silk road between China and Iran. It will not allow for safe 'Belt & Road’ investments in Afghanistan. Instead of controlling Afghanistan for its own purpose, as it did with its occupation, the U.S. will, from now on, do its best to deny others to benefit from the country.

After first pressing the Afghan president to make room for an interim government, Biden is now again backing him. In a phone call last Friday Biden pledged full support for Ghani’s continued hardline:

It Begins… Illinois Superintendent Will Hand Out Yellow ID Badges Based on Vaccination Status

Galesburg, IL School District 205 Superintendent John Asplund sent this shocking email out to staff members announcing a new ID badge policy.

School staff now have the option to change from the customary white ID badge to a yellow ID badge to indicate that they have received the covid vaccine.

They are actually going to use Yellow Badges for identification.

This policy is currently only limited to school staff and does not apply to students.

This is horrific and abhorrent.

No school, employer, or any other type of entity has any right to stigmatize people or make people in any way display any sort of mark or indicator that communicates their vaccination status or any other health or personal criteria that is no one else’s business to know.

This policy will prompt a lot of bullying, ostracism, and cliquish behavior.

This is eerily similar to how the Nazis made Jews wear a yellow Star of David to publicly indicate that they were Jewish.

TX Gov Signs Executive Order Outlawing Bussing and All Other Ground Transportation of Illegals

On Wednesday, Texas governor Greg Abbott signed an executive order banning ground transportation of illegal immigrants by anyone other than law enforcement officers.

The new guidance was issued just one day after he ordered Texas National Guard troops to assist local law enforcement with making arrests related to the “disaster” on the southern border.

Abbott cited Biden’s “refusal to enforce” Title 42 or any other US immigration law as the reasoning behind signing the order. He also explained how that dereliction of duty has led to predictable results which could be “catastrophic.”

“Biden’s failure to enforce the Title 42 order, combined with his refusal to enforce the immigration laws enacted by Congress, is having a predictable and potentially catastrophic effect on public health in Texas. Biden has thwarted the Title 42 order’s effect by admitting into the United States and the State of Texas, migrants who are testing positive for COVID-19.”

The executive order is long overdue and protect Texas from this administration’s borderless agenda. It completely prohibits non-profits and other organizations from continuing their months-long practice of government-sponsored bus rides for illegals.

Abbott’s executive order forces the political operatives, who run partisan “migrant service” scams to find a new way to shuffle around the massive wave of untested, unvaccinated invaders.

The other border states need to follow suit and put similar measures in place as soon as possible.

CDC Director Walensky: European-Style Covid Passports “May Very Well Be the Path Forward”

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky on Wednesday said European-style Covid passports may be the path forward.

French President Emmanuel Macron recently announced that a Covid passport would be required in order to enter restaurants and theaters.

Tourists visiting France will have to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test via a digital passport.

Macron’s ‘big stick’ approach to forcing vaccination includes threats of heavy fines and prison time for both business owners and patrons who don’t comply with his covid passport mandate.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson last Monday announced that a negative Covid test will no longer be enough to enter venues where large crowds gather.

Starting at the end of September, people will be required to show proof of full vaccination in order to enter nightclubs.

This type of European tyranny is what Rochelle Walensky wants to bring here to the US.

Rather than looking to the US Constitution for guidance, Walensky is looking to Europe for the “path forward.”
