They want masks for some reason. Could be they think it's the best way to keep the population under control. Bidan can't lose control of the social fabric, but he's going underwater with the populace in confidence about his policies.
Big question is why masks for vaccinated? Bidan answer is now gamed out to be, "Because we thought Trump's vaccines would work, but they don't." IOW, Using no masks as a carrot to push the vaccines isn't going to work, nor is mandating a vaccine. Train has left the station. Non-vaccinated will refuse any mandates and economy will shut down.
They can't admit CDC and Fauci fucked up the message with contradicting bullshit, so blame Trump.
Look for a deadlier virus variant and forced new vaccinations. Could be Trump short-circuited the vaccine business plan, and maybe any vaccine would have been effective because Covid was the flu, anyway. Original Bidan group plan may have been to go with the Trump vaccine and, even though it was free, push boosters. That didn't work.
Bidan group will go back to the plan that Trump fucked up. Most likely big bucks, mandatory vaccines. I think, though, Fauci has to go for that next step to work. Thinking the decision on Fauci has been made.
