One way for communities to secure their food supply for citizens

would be to sponsor a community farm and greenhouse.

Same with a safe water resource.

Same with fuel for emergency vehicles.

Same with generators for a community center

in case of long term blackout.

The more citizens a community has,

the more donations of time and money.

If it gets bad or not

all these things would never be wasted.

It would require a logistics analysis on who gets what

and how much is needed.

If a greenhouse is made with a thick ml plastic

and kept clean

it can last for years.
