Navy member here. Getting the vaccine is a line that I cannot cross. I will refuse unconstitutional orders forcing vaccine mandates in violation of the Nuremburg Code and UCMJ. I will encourage others to do the same. I will not resign. If arrested I will face Court Martial.

Thanks anon and all of the other frens who encourage me. I am an officer and serve under a different oath than the enlisted brothers and sisters. Our oath does not swear obedience to the President and officers appointed, rather to the Constitution. Those of us who decide to fight will make our stand. Godspeed anon.

 

The differences in the oath are by design. Officers are morally obligated to serve the Constitution and "faithfully discharge the duties of our office"
