Anon posted something late yesterday evening that got me thinking, and I think brought up a can of worms that is likely to be opened.

If an employer forces you to take the vax, and you've already acknowledged the previous policies when you hired on and agreed to those that didn't have any vax stipulations in them. You can obviously quit your job and go elsewhere, or can you take the vax against your will (only way to keep your job and provide for family) and sue them if they force you to take the vax and something catastrophic happens?

If they think there is a labor shortage now, I feel like once employers start enforcing vax's for employment, there will be a MAJOR labor shortage.
