How did you solve this? How fast can this vehicle travel with this kind of a payload. How often does it need to stop to test for radio active leakage? Is this vehicle allowed to travel on the interstate highway system or must it travel on another route>? Must it travel in a convoy with a vehicle preceding and following with hazard or warning lights and signs flashing? Did you work this into your equation?
