Go to twitter feed of any government official/CEO -remind him that mandates for experimental drugs in exchange for restored freedoms/being able to work is a violation of the Nuremburg code -> bring up that the standard punishment for violations of the Nuremburg code is the death penalty -> tell them that you reported them to the Hague for Nuremburg Code violations.

Essentially, intimidation. Tyrants only understand fear.
