They say that about 10% of the population is ADHD. 10% of the population is also left handed.

Teachers used to tie Left handed kid's hands behind their back and force them to write with their right hand. Then they found out that was a stupid and very bad idea. Left hand people just have brains that are different. Society is 90% right handed, so society is designed for right handed people. Left handed people just have to learn how to cope in a predominately right handed society.

Same with people who have ADHD. Their brains are just different. It's not really a "disorder" just different than most other people. And society is designed for most other people.

And schools are designed more for girls than for boys. That's why more boys are "diagnosed" with ADHD.

And when someone with ADHD finds something that interests them, they often become hyper focused, so how is that an attention deficit disorder?

There's tons of stuff written about ADD and ADHD and lots of vids. But just like everything else there are always going to be people who will try to make money off of it.

If we didn't have an institutionalized education system, ADHD wouldn't be a problem, it would be a gift.
