A number of years ago, some in the anti-vax community began to believe that when the truth about the vaccine programs was known many doctors would kill themselves. The cognitive dissonance is very great, but vaccines have long been used for population control. There might be a few vaccines that make sense for willing individuals in certain scenarios but "mass" vaccination is virtually always, imo, a covert bio-weapons program. No society needs "mass" medication of any kind.
I have an interesting story about vaccine "record keeping".
The DTP vaccine, given in the US, was the whole reason that the pharmaceutical companies pressured for the 1986 legislation that "immunized" (oh, the irony) them from civil liability for vaccine harms.
Recent evidence has been uncovered to show that the DTP vaccine used in an African program was associated with increase over all mortality. So the vaccine apparently killed more children than it "saved" from Diphtheria, Pertussis and tetanus.

I kept my "vaccine record" from early childhood and can see that I received no less than 4 doses of that "shoddy" vaccine by about the time I was two. Some of my classmates were "mentally retarded" and mine was one of the first generations of school children to grow up with "special ed" classes. Pretty sure I was seeing the result of mercury poisoning in most cases.
Funny you should mention Ft. Riley and "flu" (The paper written about that experiment was authored by Dr. Frederick GATES, too) as I have also discovered a good bit about that.
I was also musing today that perhaps we will need to rewrite our science texts nearly completely when it comes to the biology of dis-ease and infection, so your extrapolation to science and history makes sense to me.

Good question. DTP was the first "combo" vaccine and I think it caused deaths and "mental retardation". I don't know why anyone would think a newborn would need that.
Bullshit. Don't care if she "signs an executive order". One person CANNOT mandate an experimental medical procedure for another. She needs to be arrested on grounds of stripping people of civil rights under "color of law" and sued personally for any injuries or loss of income from state workers.
