I thought it referred to the raping and trafficking of children, and was never sure on the Humanity part.

Now, I am leaning towards these drops being about the Vaccine. When the evil behind the vaccine comes out, it will be a no brainer to charge those responsible with crimes against humanity and children. Also, some of the [CLASS_1-99] stuff makes sense if you swap that out with covid. I might be butchering the bracketed text, but those who've been here forever will get it.
