BHO has his primary residency as IL ( per his jury duty info ) Setting the stage in the 7th is needed because fuckery afoot in IL with talk of reinstate the death penalty. This would cause a turf war between State and Feds and who gets to try him 1st. If State wins then a long term delay could go on long enough to get a friendlier President in to pardon him for Fed crimes and of course the corrupt IL Governors to pardon him State wise. Pennsylvania federal prison is most likely where HRC would be housed and 3rd Circuit Judges need to be put in place. any lawanons? If harassing lawsuits are being filed against POTUS' actions, wouldn't the DOJ have a duty to recoup legal fees on behalf of us? Rule 11 sanctions? Vexatious litigation ( like in the case of California) I know when you unnecessarily cause a State to incur legal fees/costs you are subject to a lawsuit repaying them. In cases of vexatious litigation, you are barred pending Judicial approval to file any future lawsuits.
