I recall in the movie, The Patriot, where the father (Mel Gibson) says to his son (Heath Ledger), "who taught you these things?" when the son is trying to explain something to his father that the father had taught the son. Like how to scout and how to shoot.
God miraculously takes some things that were originally intended for evil and uses them for good.

In a woman's mind "we" means she came up with idea and he has to make it happen.
