New rule: I'm not listening to anyone who is clearly trained to look into the camera when they speak, even on YouTube. They are staring at a fucking red dot or whatever whereas my cognitive faculties are being overloaded thinking they are talking to me…even though I know they aren't. The potential unconscious effect on me is not worth the risk, albeit thinking I am pretty immune and trained against this manipulation.
