what is going on at 44th refueling wing in WI (Milw) yesterday and today?

Yesterday a dozen or so F-someting fighters came in for landing/fueling/whatever, one at a time of course. Loud and slow.

This morning they are flying out like bats out of hell, so fast you can't even see them - you can only hear them after they are long gone.
