agree that is strange. I still believe in Jesus as the son of the Father, but i also know that things that came later were about fear and control that ran counter to the narrative Jesus presented. Something has rubbed me wrong about a lot of this ever since i became a christian a few years ago and really started digging into it.
I also do not believe that Moses was a good guy, Yahweh was a desert Pagan diety, and Paul and most of the narratives after the primary Gospels of Mark Mathew Luke and John run counter to what Jesus taught in many ways. I know Jesus was real and something is in the narrative but i also know its been incredibly butchered and to place faith in a book, makes very little sense.
