Police Beat, Pepper-Spray Anti-Lockdown Protesters in Berlin

Germany – Thousands of anti-lockdown protesters hit the streets in Berlin on Sunday.

The Stuttgart-based “Querdenker” group was banned from protesting, but they defied authorities and took to the streets to protest Covid lockdowns and ‘health passports.’

According to AP, 600 people were detained.

Police beat and pepper-sprayed anti-lockdown protesters who marched from Berlin’s Charlottenburg neighborhood through Tiergarten park to the Brandenburg Gate.

Germany requires a Covid passport to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test in order to do many activities such as dine indoors, stay at a hotel or go to a nightclub.

FDA May Grant Full Approval For Pfizer Jab As Early As September

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) may grant full approval for Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccination as early as September or October, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing FDA advisers and former officials familiar with the process.

The rush for full approval - as opposed to the current emergency use authorization - comes as many schools, hospitals and employers have used full approval as a benchmark for moving forward with mandatory vaccinations.

"We’d like to see it approved as fast as humanly possible, so we can really go back to just the more normal experience," said Jim Malatras, chancellor of the State University of New York system, who currently cannot impose a vaccine mandate for some 400,000 students served under the system. At present, the school requires either vaccines or weekly testing.

Three vaccines—from Pfizer Inc. and partner BioNTech SE, Moderna Inc., and Johnson & Johnson —are authorized for emergency use in the U.S. Pfizer and Moderna have filed initial paperwork for full approval. However, only Pfizer has submitted all the necessary information to the FDA, according to the companies, and analysts expect it will be the first to get the green light. Moderna says it is still completing rolling data submissions, and Johnson & Johnson says it plans to file for full approval later this year. -Wall Street Journal

The FDA is taking an "all-hands-on-deck" approach to review Pfizer's applicaiton for full approval "as rapidly as possible in keeping with the high-quality complete assessment that the public expects from the FDA."

As the Journal notes, full approval will ease restrictions on distribution and advertising, and will allow more states, schools and employers to force people to take the jab, according to attorneys and current/former FDA officials. Once full approval is granted, the vaccine would be eligible for prescriptions as booster doses by physicians.

According to a June Kaiser Family Foundation survey, over 30% of unvaccinated Americans would be more likely to get it if the FDA grants full approval.

"The vast difference in vaccination rates across the country tell a story about what the perceptions are about risk across the country," said Harvard University associate professor Joseph Allen, head of the university's Healthy Buildings program. "If you’re a company operating in all 50 states and even internationally, it’s hard for them to move on the vaccine mandate and having a full FDA approval and authorization would make that easier."

Illinois Unconcerned As Communication And 'Science' Behind COVID Policy Slip Toward Chaos

The Illinois Department of Public health took no time at all deciding last week to say it “fully aligns” with new masking guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control, including universal masking in schools, regardless of vaccination status. IDHP’s announcement came only hours after the CDC announcement on Tuesday.

If you think that means the “science” behind the changes must be settled or clear, you haven’t been paying attention. Contradictions, confusion and unanswered questions from national health experts and media followed the CDC announcement, none of which is apparently of concern to IDPH.

This time, the criticism outside of Illinois isn’t coming just from the right. Sources ordinarily friendly to the Biden Administration and national public health officials had already started to call them out on dishonesty. Left-leaning Slate earlier in the week detailed four instances of what it thought at best have been white lies coming out of the federal government. Bret Stephens of the New York Times had done much of the same earlier in the week in a column headlined, “COVID information comes from the top, too.”

But things really heated up after the new CDC guidelines were announced and objections mounted over the failure of the CDC to explain the science behind them. The Washington Post published a leaked internal CDC document that apparently informed the CDC’s guidelines but raised extensive doubt and confusion on a number of issues.

Most of the reported problem has focused on what to make of a cluster of 882 COVID cases in Provincetown, Massachusetts in which 74% of the infected people were fully vaccinated. That chapter is described in the leaked CDC document as well as a report the CDC later published.

Three-fourths of the victims were fully vaccinated? That triggered concerns about vaccine efficacy. To what extent it should have, however, is questionable.

Hundreds of troops to join police on Sydney's streets from today, cracking down on COVID-19 rule breakers

Hundreds of Australian Defence Force personnel will take to the streets across Sydney from today, ensuring residents across the city's COVID-19 hotspot suburbs are following the rules.

The highly-visible presence comes as the NSW Premier says the state could see an easing of lockdown restrictions when adult vaccination rates hit 50 per cent.

Around 300 troops will be helping police with compliance checks from this morning, making sure close contacts of confirmed cases are isolating at home.

The ADF will be door knocking homes across all of the eight high-risk LGAs including Blacktown, Cumberland, Parramatta, Campbelltown, Canterbury-Bankstown, Fairfield, Georges River and Liverpool.

That's because a majority of the state's coronavirus cases are in those regions and authorities have the next four weeks to contain the spread of the highly infectious Delta strain.

The Navy has also been called on to help with contact tracing.

NSW recorded 239 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 yesterday to equal Thursday's record-breaking figure as the highest yet seen since the start of the pandemic.

Of the new cases, 110 are from south-west Sydney, 51 are from western Sydney, 69 are from Sydney's CBD, three are from south-east Sydney, four are from north Sydney and two are from the Blue Mountains.

Eighty cases were in isolation throughout their infectious period and 35 cases were in isolation for part of their infectious period.

Democrats Advance Plan Allowing DACA Illegal Aliens to Work on Capitol Hill

House Democrats have advanced a plan that would allow hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens enrolled in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to take jobs in the United States Congress.

Late last week, in a 215-207 vote, House Democrats passed a spending bill funding the legislative branch which included allowing DACA illegal aliens to take jobs on Capitol Hill working for members of Congress.

“The bill includes language permitting the Legislative Branch agencies it funds to employ Dreamers … who hold employment authorization under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program,” a summary of the spending bill reads.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), Chair of the House Legislative Branch Appropriations Subcommittee, praised the spending bill’s passage, specifically the provision allowing DACA illegal aliens to take Capitol Hill jobs.

“I am also pleased that we are helping ensure our workforce reflects the diversity of our nation, including by increasing funding for paid internships and allowing DACA recipients to work in the halls of Congress,” Ryan said in a statement.

The spending bill now heads to the Senate for approval.

House Democrats’ slipping the DACA employment provision into the legislative spending bill comes as Senate Democrats aim to place an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens into a federal spending package despite acknowledging that they do not have enough support for the measure.

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) said last week that he does not see “a pathway forward” for the amnesty plan without shoving the provision into a filibuster-proof reconciliation bill that would only need 51 votes in the Senate if the Senate Parlimentarian approves.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), though, said she will oppose the $3.5 trillion budget that Democrats are looking to slip the amnesty plan into — leaving Democrats short of the 50 votes necessary to get the measure passed out of the Senate through reconciliation.

Across the country, Democrats — joined by many Republicans — have sought to make gaining employment increasingly easier for illegal aliens.

In Arkansas, for example, Republicans helped pass legislation that now allows illegal aliens in the state to obtain professional licenses. Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R-AR) signed the legislation into law. Likewise, Colorado and New Jersey recently passed similar legislation.

CDC Declares PCR Tests Must Go Immediately After George Soros, Bill Gates Buy COVID-19 Test Manufacturer

On Saturday the CDC announced that PCR tests will soon no longer be available for emergency use to determine whether individuals have contracted COVID-19, and seemed to tacitly admit that the tests are unable to differentiate between COVID-19 and influenza viruses. Many of National File’s readers noted that this development came less than one week after Bill Gates and George Soros announced their intention to buy a COVID-19 test manufacturer based in the United Kingdom.

As National File reported, the CDC declared that it will withdraw its emergency use application for the controversial PCR tests on December 31, 2021, and is urging clinics and hospitals around the country to immediately begin the process of using new tools better able to “facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses” because “Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into influenza season.”

It appears clinics will have a new choice for COVID-19 tests by time the PCR tests are phased out: Mologic, a company in the United Kingdom that manufactures COVID-19 tests and is expected to be purchased by a new initiative run by George Soros and Bill Gates, Global Access Health. Forbes explains that Global Access Health (GAH) is a joint initiative between “The Soros Economic Development Fund and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation” and explains that Mologic Ltd is “best known today for the deep-nostril technology used to deliver rapid COVID-19 tests.” The partnership between Gates and Soros to buy this company was announced on Monday, July 19, and the CDC’s decision to phase out PCR tests was announced Saturday, July 24.

The soon-to-be Soros and Gates funded tests apparently “offer an early-warning screening for Covid-19 and have been used around the world as an aid to help reopen shops, bars, sporting events and workplaces” and specialize in “giving an early warning result for people who may have no symptoms” but who scientists believe can still spread the virus.

Bill Gates, the globalist titan who is currently in the process of divorcing his longtime wife Melinda Gates, drew international ire during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he seemed to celebrate the spread of the virus, and smiled into the camera alongside his wife during an interview where he declared that “this won’t be the last pandemic we face.”

Burma’s Military Leader Declares Himself Prime Minister, Extends Emergency, Promises Election in 2 Years

BANGKOK—Six months after seizing power from the elected government, Burma’s military leader on Sunday declared himself prime minister and said he would lead the country under the extended state of emergency until elections are held in about two years.

“We must create conditions to hold a free and fair multiparty general election,” Senior Gen. Min Aung Hlaing said during a recorded televised address. “We have to make preparations. I pledge to hold the multiparty general election without fail.”

He said the state of emergency will achieve its objectives by August 2023. In a separate announcement, the military government named itself “the caretaker government” and Min Aung Hlaing the prime minister.

The state of emergency was declared when troops moved against the elected government of Aung San Suu Kyi on Feb. 1, an action the generals said was permitted under the military-authored 2008 constitution. The military claimed her landslide victory in last year’s national elections was achieved through massive voter fraud but offered no credible evidence.

The military government officially annulled the election results last Tuesday and appointed a new election commission to take charge of the polls.

The military takeover was met with massive public protests that has resulted in a lethal crackdown by security forces who routinely fire live ammunition into crowds.

‘I Committed No Crime’: Rudy Giuliani Says He’s ‘More Than Willing To Go To Jail’ In NBC Interview

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani pleaded that he “committed no crime” and is “more than willing to go to jail” if he is convicted in an NBC News New York interview Friday.

Federal prosecutors took several of Giuliani’s electronics and personnel phones in an April 28 raid on his home under the accusation that he violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which requires a government agent who wants to engage in foreign political activities to file paperwork for the Justice Department.

“I committed no crime, and if you think I committed a crime, you’re probably really stupid, because you don’t know who I am,” Giuliani said. “Is the guy who put the mafia in jail, terrorists in jail, Ed Koch’s commissioners in jail, and the worst people on Wall Street—I’m not going to file (a form)? I mean, that’s just crazy.”

“I am more than willing to go to jail if they want to put me in jail. And if they do, they’re going to suffer the consequences in heaven,” he continued. “I’m not, I didn’t do anything wrong.”
