VEGETARIAN-No Oil/Fats, is better for you, especially if you have heart/artery issues.
It's HARD tho. Very Hard. You need Willpower. You gotta want it.
You literally have to plan out your meals. Much better for your body tho. Did the Dr. Berg thing and got diverticulitis. Almost had a colostomy from it-had to switch to veggies. HUGE difference.
