H.J.RES.104- “Begun and held at the City of Washington on the third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one:

Joint Resolution: To designate March 26, 1991, as “Education Day, U.S.A:”

Whereas Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our great Nation was founded;

Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the Seven Noahide Laws,

Whereas, without these ethics and principles the edifice of civilization stands in serious peril of returning to chaos…

Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of these principles that has resulted in crises that beleaguer and threaten the fabric of civilized society;

Whereas the justified preoccupation with these crises must not let the citizens of this Nation lose sight of their responsibility to transmit these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the generations of the future;

Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world;

Whereas Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of the Lubavitch movement, is universally respected and revered…

Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, “the rebbe,” this, his ninetieth year will be seen as on “education” and return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws;

Whereas this will be reflected in an international scroll of honor signed by the President of the United States and other heads of state: Now, therefore, be it:

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America assembled, That March 26, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch movement, is designated as “Education Day, U.S.A.” The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Moderator: Allow me to recap on that. This is the entire Public Law H.J.RES.104 in black and white. Word for word. According to your government, who are supposed to favor no religion over another, the Talmudic Noahide laws which call for the death penalty for Christians are the….

Are the alarm bells ringing yet? America has basically endorsed Talmudism as the state religion. And remember, ALL gentiles are considered to be Noahides by the Talmudic authorities. We just don’t know it yet!

And if we decide to reject these Noahide laws then that spells some serious trouble too:

From Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Law of Kings, Chapter 8, rules 9 and 10:

“… a treaty cannot be made with a city which desires to accept a peaceful settlement until they deny idol worship, destroy their places of worship, and accept the seven universal laws commanded Noah’s descendants. For every gentile who does not accept these commandments must be executed if he is under our undisputed authority.

…Moses was commanded by the Almighty to compel all the inhabitants of the world to accept the commandments given to Noah’s descendants. If one does not accept these commands, he should be executed.”

Hasidic University Website Law #7: Establish Legal Courts (subset: +176) To appoint judges:

“A nation that does not establish law and order, or whose courts pervert justice or do not follow the principles of the Noahide Laws for gentiles, ultimately receives Divine punishment in the form of war- and may even be liable to death penalty en masse”….

Noahide apologist 2: “The fact is that Maimonedes, who was a great codifier of Jewish law, teaches very, very clearly that Israel is actually obligated to “bring the entire world to the recognition of their relationship with Hashem (the Talmudic god) through the acceptance of the “Yoke of Heaven” as manifest by the affirmation of their desire to accept upon the themselves the 7 commandments. So it is actually Israel’s role to see to that the world becomes B’nai Noach (Children of Noah… Noahide law observant.) Moderator: If “Israel” has a responsibility to MAKE the world accept the 7 mitzvot (Laws), even by FORCE (as taught by Talmudic authorities) then this will mean some kind of physical control over the countries of the world… Is this really what they want? A NWO run by Talmudic authorities?

Moderator: So, is it true about the U.N.? Are they striving to promote these Noahide laws among their member states just like the U.S. government?

Well, the U.N. General Assembly has certainly been getting acquainted with the Noahide laws. Here’s the Israel delegation leader, Elyakim Rubinstein (Attorney General of Israel) addressing the “United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries” on the establishment of an International Criminal Court in 1998:

“Some fifteen hundred years ago, the sages of the Talmud, the classic Jewish code, sought to distill the moral essence of the Bible into seven fundamental laws as the basis of a universal morality. Six of these so-called Noachide laws applying to all mankind, were elementary moral prohibitions. But to these negative commandments was added one positive injunction: the commandment to establish courts of justice. Enforcement is essential, lest criminals evade their punishment.”

Moderator: Did you see that? The U.N. is now saying that they have PLEDGED TO KEEP THE LAWS OF NOAH, and that observance of the laws are REQUIRED in order to fulfill the vision of the U.N. So, the U.N. (which of course is our world government) is going to ENFORCE TALMUDIC LAW on its member states (everyone).
