After reading a notable from earlier today, which contained a lot of commentary from Senator Amy Klobuchar, I figured i'd do a little dig because she sounds like a douche, and because she's a dem Senator from Minnesota, a state that seems overwhelmingly "pro-muslim".

Not surprisingly, a wiki i found on her states that she is "very well connected to Islam and some Muslim organizations." Among them: The Jihad Caucus, CAIR, Muslim American Society, Islamic Center of Minnesota, Abubakar Islamic Convention, and the Abubakar As-Sadique Islamic Center. That's a lot, yeah?

Other notable item is that she traveled to Vietnam and Tokyo with Senator McNoname in 2009 (pic relevant) and co-sponsored bills with him. Honest Ads Act, and Safe and Affordable Drugs from Canada Act. She also worked with Cindy McNoname in 2014 in a fight against Human Trafficking as MN worked toward hosting Superb0wl in 2018.

Wiki also mentioned that she was "close to Paul Wellstone". Seems she campaigned for him. Wellstone was a Senator from 1990 to 2002, and was vocal against pretty much everything George H.W. Bush, but mainly for his vote against the congressional authorization for the Iraq War. 11 days before the 2002 election, he died…in a small plane crash. Only other sitting senator killed prior to this since WWII? John Heinz… You all know who married his widow.

Just before the plane crash, Senator Wellstone announced that he had contracted Multiple Sclerosis, which is thought to be linked to toxic exposure such as the biocides sprayed by the US government on Senator Wellstone during his fact finding mission to Columbia.

Interesting website about his death, fwiw.

So at the very least, it seems like Amy Klobuchar allies herself with bad people, as the good ones seem to die with MS in plane crashes.

Her voting record in Senate seems pretty par for the course.

Voted Nay on:

  • Immigration Reform

  • Stopping sanctuary cities

  • Protection of pain-capable unborn children

  • Skinny healthcare bill

  • Neil M. Gorsuch as AJ of SC

  • Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

Part Deux

Oh… one last thing. I did a mini-dig on her connection to Ben Goldfarb and Jeff Blodgett, both executive directors at Wellstone Action, an org to carry on Paul Wellstone's 'legacy' that "trains progressive candidates".

Oh yeah, and Wellstone absorbed another company, New Organizing Institute (NOI).

They offer stragegy bootcamps around the world for progressive organizations.

They have also "been at the forefront of data and digital operations for many Democratic campaigns and progressive groups." Namely one of their Executive Directors, Ethan Roeder, was data director for both of President Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns.

He was asked to leave the company though because of his "management style".

Crazy where a dig about some loudmouth senator in Minnesota can take you….
