Tom Girardi (law firm next door to the Guatemalan Cultural Center, major big player in LA law and politics, married to a former stripper and divorce in progress. Tom and Erika Jane Girardi are being sued by many former partners and clients and specifically by the Lion Air crash victims who he won a big case for but kept their money. Tom won the "Erin Brokovich" case back in the day.
Tom shows up with a BLACK EYE today, first public appearance in over a year.

Tom Girardi has been spotted for the first time in over a year amid his legal woes and divorce from “RHOBH” star Erika Jayne — now with an actual black eye.
The disgraced lawyer, 82, had a visibly bruised left eye as he was helped along by a woman. Girardi, who appears to have lost weight, wore an oversized blue polo and baggy khaki shorts — a far cry from the polished suits he sported while appearing with Jayne, 50, on the Bravo series."

Their big house etc is going up for auction via the bankruptcy trustee, last status. Ericka claims she met Tom when she was a waiter at Chasen's. Many who know the place have stated that Chasen's did not employ female waiters at that time. Erika did work at a "Gentleman's Club" so that's far more likely. Like a yachter but cheaper…
