Anon has pondered those measure as a retard anons self. Not the answer. “Community” used to involve everyone in an area to a child’s upbringing. If a child made a mistake.. the community would respond in different ways to right the behavior. Killing someone and experiencing the emotion to do so is emotional. Anon has learned that much.
