I love cops, but the death of Garner was unnecessary. I don't know if charges are necessary bc I don't know the law tbh. The entire thing was frustrating to watch from both sides. Garner should've cooperated and the cops should have some humanity and medical training. Big boy was way too large to be cuffed that way.
