I've felt all along Cuomo's best trump card is Trump. Trump has the experience fighting sexual harassment charges, and has most definitely known Cuomo since they were kids. Their parents were acquainted. Mothers had the same hairdresser, I think.

Look at the hospital ship Trump sent to NYC that Cuomo didn't use, choosing to send infected into nursing homes. Doesn't make sense. Did Cuomo wantthe ship but got "other" orders? Dems have decided to feed the wolves with Cuomo, what does Cuomo have to lose at this point? Get on the phone to Trump and let the chips fall where they may.

You have to supply the proper legal remedies and have them fail. Fail not because they were legally weak, rather because the courts used chicanery to avoid addressing them.

If a court system failure leads to the breakdown of the social fabric, the military (loyal military) is missioned to restore public order.

It isn't just the obvious election fuckery. It's the revoving door policy of BLM rioters, for example, that create fissures in the social order.

Or the machinations of Garland with migrant policy, audits.
