CM exposes that the Dominion (an possibly other machines) can be remotely contacted and booted into an alternate mode via the BIOS settings.

That's a very dumbed down explanation but essentially true.

The alternate mode allows the machine to run the algorithms that are not in the native software on the device hard drive.

They can apply the same fractional vote weighting algorithm on any machine they can connect to.

So all of the machines will show the same bias if they are controlled from a central source.

 

Just a thought but go back and watch Mike Lindell's "Absolute Interference" starting at about the 38 minute mark.

And an inspection of the local hardware/software would not show any code that would betray it.
