I.. we.. try to eat healthy.. Very difficult to avoid their garbage on every shelf.
Even innocent things are tainted with crap.

The secretary at the doc office asked me a long time ago to stop sending "things".
I've spammed them off and on for years.
Been a few years since I sent anything and this video seemed like it was time to remind them od truth.
They are hard core normies there, never grasping another viewpoint.
