FALSE! patently absurd. permittivity and permeability of vacuum are related to electric and magnetic phenomena ONLY. naturally they relate to the velocity of ELECTROMAGNETIC energy. but to assert that this means nothing can go faster than light demonstrates a TOTAL lack of understanding of what these equations do and DO NOT say. for something to travel faster than light merely requires that it has nothing to do with electricity or magnetism. DUH! like say, gravity, f'rinstance. around the same time as maxwell, calculations by Laplace proved that gravity MUST travel at least a billion times faster than light, otherwise gravitationally bound celestial systems would fly apart due to chaotic oscillations.
BTW, baker, kissing up to 2 century old science is NOT notable.
