This is where things get sticky.
Different states have different Constitutions.
And all states are under the United states Constitution.
Simply put, big government will take as much as you let them take.
This is shown clearly in the history of any society that is dumb enough to let government grow too big.

Local Government holds legal authority to GOVERN LOCALLY.
Members of communities that want to fight back should get with the elected sheriffs and DEMAND their rights be preserved.
If they refuse, they should be removed and replaced with some one who will.
The Sheriff holds much more power than most realize.
