ya know….him and Dave were talking holocaust museum recently ; Dave is like the Tom Hanx of music. Can play any role, but nothing more memorable than "Wilson!" and "a box of chocolates" after all those roles: Jimmy Webb probably writes Dave's songs. Two epic bands, but is workman, at best, on either instrument; hardly a virtuoso in anything, yet (and from the DC area originally)….maybe we have to rethink "Courtney over the grange with the shotgun" and Mr Vax-only concerts?
unfortunately Dave garnered no talent in the trade….just a modicum of fame ;' they' basically named a whole fucking generation of kids after the nihilistic culture his friend created … and they probably had to kill him because he had too much power with his "peeps" …he was 27 yrs-old, right?
