WTH? The “CDC” Unilaterally Extends New 60-Day Moratorium on Evictions – Steep Criminal Penalties For Landlords Who Violate Order

The CDC on Tuesday announced a new 60-day moratorium on evictions.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky acted independently and signed the order on Tuesday.

‘This moratorium is the right thing to do to keep people in their homes and out of congregate settings where COVID-19 spreads,’ Walensky said. ‘Such mass evictions and the attendant public health consequences would be very difficult to reverse.’

“This order will expire on October 3, 2021 and applies in United States counties experiencing substantial and high levels of community transmission levels of SARS-CoV-2,” according to a statement, which adds that the moratorium “allows additional time for rent relief to reach renters and to further increase vaccination rates.”

There are steep criminal penalties for landlords who break this order signed by Walensky.

– Potential $100,000 fine and 1 year in jail if eviction doesn’t result in death

– Up to $250,000 fine and 1 year in jail if evicted person dies

Six million Americans are facing eviction after Democrats went on break for six weeks without extending the eviction moratorium.

** 2 million homeowners are behind on their mortgages

** 6 millionrenters are behind on their rent payments

The moratorium expired on Saturday.

Cuomo’s Signature On Document Attesting He Took Sexual Harassment Training Course Was Fabricated, Aide Admits

An aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo fabricated the governor’s signature on a document attesting that he had completed a mandatory sexual harassment training in 2019, according to a report by state Attorney General Letitia James.

The training course defined sexual harassment as “any unwanted verbal or physical advance, sexually explicit or derogatory statement or sexually discriminatory remark that is offensive or objectionable to the recipient,” conduct that numerous women accused Cuomo of engaging in.

Both Cuomo and the aide that admitted to fabricating his signature on the document testified that the governor took the mandatory training course in 2019.

An aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo admitted to fabricating the governor’s signature on a document attesting that he had completed a mandatory sexual harassment training in 2019, according to an investigation released by the state’s attorney general.

Stephanie Benton, Cuomo’s office director, told investigators that she was the one who produced the governor’s signature on a 2019 document attesting that he had completed the “Sexual Harassment in the Workplace” training course, according to report from Attorney General Letitia James’s office released Tuesday that said the governor unlawfully sexually harassed multiple women.

Cuomo denied that he ever inappropriately touched any female subordinates in a statement Tuesday. He acknowledged that he does publicly kiss and embrace both men and women, behavior he attributed to “generational or cultural perspectives.”

The signed attestation form states: “I hereby attest that I have completed the following mandatory training courses,” and contains Cuomo’s printed name and signature. The document, which was first reported by WTEN, contains no indication that Cuomo’s aide had signed the document on Cuomo’s behalf.

“A review of the signature on the attestation form shows that the signature looks different from the Governor’s signature on official documents,” a footnote in James’s report stated.

10 Disgusting Details From the Andrew Cuomo Sexual Harassment Report

Liberal sex icon said his ideal girlfriend was someone who 'can handle pain'

Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D., N.Y.) violated federal and state laws by sexually harassing multiple women during his time in office, the New York attorney general's office announced on Tuesday.

The findings, detailed in a 165-page report, were the result of a five-month investigation in response to numerous allegations of inappropriate conduct against the governor. It's worth noting that Cuomo, aka the "Luv Guv," was praised by journalists and other liberals as an ethical sex icon in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cuomo responded by once again denouncing his female accusers as liars. "The facts are much different than have been portrayed" in the attorney general's report, he said. "I never touched anybody inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances."

The governor went on to suggest that the accusations contained in the report were based on "generational or cultural perspectives that I didn't know about" and suggested his accusers were either seeking attention or had "heard things that I quite simply just didn't say."

As you might expect, the report contains a number of alarming revelations about Cuomo's behavior. Here are ten of the most disgusting details, in no particular order.

1) Stop and frisky

The report includes corroborated allegations from a woman identified as "Trooper #1" who was transferred to the governor's Protective Service Unit at Cuomo's request. She testified that the governor made a series of unwanted advances, including "running his hand across her stomach, from her belly button to her right hip, while she held a door open for him at an event," as well as "running his finger down her back, from the top of her neck down her spine to the middle of her back, saying ‘hey, you,' while she was standing in front of him in an elevator." Gross.

2) Call me daddy

Trooper #1 described a conversation with Cuomo in which the governor said his ideal girlfriend would be someone who "can handle pain."

3) Bodily advice

According to the report, Cuomo told his aide Charlotte Bennett, who was considering getting a tattoo for her birthday, that she should "get it on her butt, where it could not be seen." The governor, who is widely suspected to have pierced nipples, also asked Bennett whether she had piercings on any other body parts besides her ears. Not surprisingly, she described this conversation as "painfully awkward."

4) The good listener

Bennett, a victim of sexual assault, described another awkward conversation she had with Cuomo about her plans to give a speech about sexual violence at her alma mater. She recalled being traumatized when Cuomo told her, "‘You were raped. You were raped and abused. You were raped and abused and assaulted' maybe 17 times in a row and wouldn't stop." The conversation eventually moved on to other topics, such as which celebrities Cuomo wanted to sleep with and his dream of driving a woman into the mountains on his motorcycle.

AZ State Senator Kelly Townsend Successfully Pushes For Financial Audit of Zuckerbucks And SHADY Dominion Acquisition

Maricopa County used big tech money to steal this election and now big tech is covering it up with censorship of the truth.

Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend initiated another investigation into the 2020 election with requests for the Arizona Auditor General to investigate the $3 MILLION in Zuckerbucks that was used to fund the Maricopa 2020 Presidential election.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on this shady donation from Mark Zuckerberg and the lack of transparency that came with it.

Townsend shared more to her telegram page, including screenshots of her emails to Auditor General Lindsey Perry

Senator Kelly Townsend

A.R.S.41-1279.04 provides the Auditor General’s authority to examine records. Paragraph D states that any office or person who knowingly fails or refuses to permit access and examination is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

t.me/KellyTownsend/361

On the day before Early Voting began on October 6th, 2020, Maricopa County published a video called “Vote Centers: Inside Look” that displayed all of the Dominion USB ports of the voting machines were open and unsealed. Open USB ports was the top security concern causing Texas to reject Dominion’s software model.

Texas refused to use these machines because of security issues but Maricopa County and the Secretary of State thought they would be perfect for what they wanted to do.

The entire contract was suspicious from the start.

The Arizona Auditor General is now making preparations to get started with a financial audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election.

Bait And Switch Gun Storage Bill Introduced

It’s not every day we can expose ourselves to such grandiose instances of bait and switch. Potentially this is putting the cart before the horse, as the bill text for the proposed legislation is linked to a broken link, but the not so subtle tones are present in the press release. Just a few days ago, Representative A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) introduced a gun storage bill. From the release:

Today, Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) introduced the Firearm Owners Responsibility and Safety Act to promote safe storage of firearms and reduce gun-related injuries and deaths.

The Firearm Owners Responsibility and Safety Act mandates the use of secure gun storage or safety devices when a firearm is not in use. The bill also promotes the safe storage of firearms through the implementation of a grant program for states to pass and enforce safe storage laws, as well as provide victims and their families with a private right of action to seek damages and relief from individuals who improperly store their firearms. Finally, the legislation repeals certain provisions of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act to allow civil actions to be brought against the gun industry.

McEachin does not even try to mask or hold back at all. Right there in the first paragraph following the introduction is the ulterior motives, or perhaps, the main objectives of the bill:

…as well as provide victims and their families with a private right of action to seek damages and relief from individuals who improperly store their firearms. Finally, the legislation repeals certain provisions of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act to allow civil actions to be brought against the gun industry.

Excuse the redundancy, but the whacked-out paring of safe storage laws and abolishment of the Lawful Commerce in Arms Act needed to be reiterated.

The responsible and safe storage of firearms is a personal topic. Mandates don’t do anything to cause gun owners to be more or less responsible. They just don’t. McEachin needs to ask himself “what are the goals of safe storage laws?” One could answer that question with two good reasons why responsible storage is a good idea:

Keep children and or unauthorized persons from finding a firearm and having an “accident”.

Keep persons from being able to obtain the firearm and steal it/use it in a crime.

In short, to stop accidents and theft. My personal view is the accidents portion is what takes paramount here. A thief will get a firearm from a “secured” storage device if he really wants to get it. Pulling a page from the commie mommies book, do it for the children. Right? What did McEachin have to say?

“The gun violence epidemic is a public health crisis that continues to destroy the lives of families in the Commonwealth and in communities across the nation,” said Rep. McEachin (VA-04). “We must take immediate steps to curb gun violence and advance commonsense policy solutions to help reduce the tragic loss of life. I am proud to introduce the Firearm Owners Responsibility and Safety Act to ensure firearms are properly stored, to empower victims to pursue legal recourse in instances of negligent or improper storage, and to hold gun manufacturers more accountable.”

GOP Senator Introduces Bill To Require States That Mandate Vaccine Passports To Also Mandate Voter ID

Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, is proposing legislation that would require states that require vaccine passports, or cards that show evidence of immunization, to also mandate voter identification.

The proposed legislation comes after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio revealed on Tuesday that the city would require visitors and city residents to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status to access indoor restaurants, gyms, and entertainment venues, becoming the first city in the United States to do so.

“If states that take federal money for elections feel the need to make residents verify a piece of information as private as their vaccination status just to return to normalcy, then they should have no problem requiring people to prove they are who they say they are when they go to vote,” Cramer said in a Tuesday statement.

He went on to say that the proposed measure “would ensure that those states are consistent in their identification requirements and shine a light on those who hypocritically oppose voter ID laws but support vaccine passports.”

There have been no statewide vaccination proof requirements imposed by governors, and 20 states, including North Dakota, has explicitly prohibited such a need. The Biden administration has said repeatedly that no federal vaccination passport requirement would be imposed.

Democrats and Republicans have clashed over vaccination passports and voting identification requirements.

The former, according to many Republicans and the American Civil Freedoms Union, is a breach of civil liberties and an abuse of government power. In reaction to a slew of GOP-led voting laws introduced or passed in states like Texas and Georgia that limit things like early voting and mail-in ballots and require proof of identity at the polls, Democrats argue that the latter may make it more difficult for some people to vote, with some calling the practice “racist.”

These states get millions of dollars in federal funds each year under the Assist America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 to help finance election administration expenses, according to Cramer’s office.

The post Senator Cramer introduces measure forcing states that need vaccination passports to also require voter identification first appeared on Fox News.

NIH Director 'clarifies' after comment about parents wearing masks at home to protect unvaccinated kids

"No need to mask at home"

National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins issued a tweet to "clarify" on Tuesday after making remarks during a CNN interview about mask wearing at home to protect unvaccinated kids from COVID-19.

Collins said in his statement that it is not necessary to use masks at home, but vaccinated parents in areas with high coronavirus transmission should use masks at public indoor locations to help lower risks to their unvaccinated children.

"Let me clarify the masking message that I garbled on @NewDay this morning. Vaccinated parents who live in communities with high COVID transmission rates should mask when out in public indoor settings to minimize risks to their unvaccinated kids. No need to mask at home," he tweeted.

During a CNN interview on Tuesday Collins said that recommendations for children below the age of 12 are that they should avoid locations where they could contract the illness — he mentioned recommendations for masking at schools and said that at home people who have "unvaccinated kids should be thoughtful about this and the recommendation is to wear masks there as well. I know that's uncomfortable, I know it seems weird, but it is the best way to protect your kids."

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that vaccinated individuals wear masks at public indoor settings in regions of the nation with substantial or high COVID-19 transmission.

Currently the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is allowed to be used in those 12 and older in the U.S., but no vaccine is available for those younger than 12.

The CDC says that kids 2 and older should wear masks in public venues.

"If your child is younger than 2 years or cannot wear a mask, limit visits with people who are not vaccinated or whose vaccination status is unknown and keep distance between your child and other people in public," the CDC states.

During the CNN interview, Collins said regarding the Delta variant of the illness that, "It's clear that this variant is capable of causing serious illness in children. You have heard those stories coming out of Louisiana pediatric ICUs where there are kids as young as a few months old who are sick from this. That is rare. Certainly younger people are less likely to fall ill," he said.

"Again I don't wanna overstate the confidence that we have about whether Delta is more dangerous to children. The balance has not been fully settled there but it's tipping in that direction," he said.
