If we have to rely on any Supreme Court to enact the rule of law, then why the fuck even bother? Blatant, open criminality, and justice never even close to being served. The Chinese proxies are so secure in this knowledge that they scoff at legislatures. Enough kabuki theater. The AZ legislature is powerless to accomplish anything. Problem with that sentiment, as I see it, is that evil doesn't give a fig what you say about your religious beliefs. They are creatures of verbiage. Maybe the moar verbiage you throw at them, the better chance you will have. I am no legal expert though.
